I'm married but for years desired to leave my marriage if my husband didn't straighten up. I have now met someone who makes me happy but I'm unsure because of only knowing this person for only a few months. My husband is now acting like he was always supposed to but it may be because of his finding that someone else is interested in me. We have two kids together and the other person is a female(I've never been involved with a female before). Please Help!

You need to come straight with your husband then you may not have a choice. But honesty is always the best answer.

well some would say go with your husband its a sure and steady thing he got is act together but others would say go with the girl she make you happy even though you know her for a few months well for one thing you said you had the desired to leave even if you stay with your husband i would take a break just go some place and sort this out remember what ever you pic will be the right one for you and hey you can still have the kids you know

Several options are open to you.
1) Leave your husband for the other women
2) Leave the other woman and stay with your husband
3) Leave them both.
4) Stay with them both.
You need to decide which of the above options you really want.
If you want to stay with them both, then you should research polyamory. It's a difficult path, but there are many who are polyamorous and find it a very fulfilling way of life. Utter honesty and a complete buy-in by all parties involved, and tons of communication is required if you hope for it to work.

well follow your heart and do what makes you happy. i had a boyfriend for a long while and dumped him for a woman. me and the girl were together for 5 years but it didn't work in the end. i love her and we'll always be great friends. i met another girl a year ago and she's the hottest sweetest person i've ever met in my whole life. honestly i don't think i'm ever gonna go back to guys, they just don't do it for me at all. i'm not some dykey girl either i'm gorgeous and men and women want me. i just think women are way more beautiful, sensual, soft, caring and emotionally involved. we're prolly the hottest lesbian couple in this town. i'm so in love w/her. but since you are married to him and have kids, try to work it out with him, if nothing works, follow what makes you happy!

Sounds like you have to get out of the way and leave them live together. You're certainly not thinking about the original relationship; you never were, judging from your actions.
But then again, maybe you can all live together happily ever after. That's probably why he's behaving.

I say you stick it out with your husband and try to make it work.You guys got married for better or worse.And since there are kids involved you owe it to them to try:) Since your husband is making a effort you should do the same by leaving your girl on the side and live by your vows.I know it's difficult and I wish you luck!!!

LEAVE your husband!!! woman or man, go be with them, you deserve to be happy. Your husband is an idiot and all of sudden he wants you. Forget it, it may happen again. Go be with someone that you can trust and know that they are fully committed to you. Its his loss and its too late. In terms of the kids, explain to them what's going on and assure them that both you and your husband love them... You need to take care of yourself first, otherwise you will never be able to care for anyone even your kids.

dont do anything rational right now just take everything as it comes but it is too early to be leaving him when you only knew the person for few months so dont do anything yet...keep your kids in mind when you make the decision bt you dont want them to suffer

if you can live without your husband, your things, your home, your kids, his income, your self respect from here on out, your friends, belonging to a family, and can bear the way people look at homos for the rest of your life...remember this one thing...God hates fornicators and adulterers and will judge them. They will not inherit the Kingdom of God.

you either have to choose who you want to be with or you will end up losing both of them. if you don't love your husband anymore, then be with whoever makes you happy. don't stay with your husband for your kids (if you have any), the kids will end up picking up on it.
