Do not know how to tune it out but if you tell her nagging turns you on and ask her to have sex ever time she starts nagging it will stop. You might actually have to go through with the act a few times before the light starts to dawn in her head but the sacrifice is worth it in the end.

No there is nothing you can do, it's been going on for thousands of years...

Socrates: He listens to his mother complaining. Her husband is not one of the rulers and as a result she is at a disadvantage among the other women. She complains about all this and says that his father is lacking in courage and chants all other refrains such as women are likely to do in cases of this sort.

Adeimantus: Yes, indeed...it's just like them to have many complaints.

How long have you been married Mark? learn to tune it out or see a marriage counselor. Why is she doing this to you in the first place. Are you a "couch potato"? do you get soused all week-end with your friends? there's a reason she's doing this, find out, ask her.

Do what she requests the first time she asks, then she won't have to say it over and over and over again.
