okay so my brother is 18 and i am 16 he is constantly picking on me, every single day and i just cant deal with it anymore sometimes it is so bad that i just about want to cry, and apparently i always start the violence because when he makes me mad i am so angry i cant think straight so my reaction is hitting him, however he does not stop the violence he just escaldes it and hits me harder back, my parents say just to ignore it (not the violence, what he says to me) and that he is only doing it because he knows it pushes my buttons, i have tried to ignore it but it is just so hard to sometimes what do you do when your older siblings pick on you? also it makes me feel even worse when my mom is around when we are fighting especially after the fight we just had because she said "why dont we all just say we hate each other" and we dont hate each other it is just that we get on each others nerves sometimes and i just feel really bad that this is how my mom percieves it

She was being molested by her older brother (age 17) and her dad said maybe the girls could stay with him for awhile; he won't take the boy. We're awaiting the guidance from child protective services, but if they suggest that we have the kids live apart, their dad will likely say he will take the girls. Beyond the horrific pain of being in this situation, do you think that if I have her and her sister stay with their dad for a time, the 6-year-old will feel like I abandoned her? Or that she is somehow being punished or banished because she told on her brother? Of course I want to do what's best for the kids (all of them), but never in my worst nightmare did I ever think I'd be considering having any of my kids live apart from me, even temporarily. Any ideas?

I am wanting to move from Louisiana to Texas for better schools, job and cheaper housing. I have recently been approved for a house loan. The problem is I dont know what to do regarding my 8 yr old daughters biological father. We were given joint custody with me being domiciallary parent 4 yrs ago but we havent seen or heard from him in over a year. He hasnt paid support in 3 yrs. The states child enforcement has my case and they cant find him. They cant arrest him b/c they cant serve him. He is considered "missing" by choice.

Let me stress here - I will never allow my child to go near him until she is grown and makes that decision on her own. She has shown signs of sexual abuse but I havent nor do I want to go there right now. He is a drunk and Im not sure if he is on drugs but I would think so. She has transformed since he has been out of her life.

My mom was getting really angry one night and kept lashing out on me. Then my other younger brother idk was just being a little 13 year old boy and messing around with his friend. He was cussing and being a little brat, honestly nothing out of the ordinary of a 13 year old boy. So she went off on him and lashed out on him. She said that he was disrespectful and out of control because he does this... Then my dad was ease dropping and butted in and started going off on my 13 year old brother and kicked him and started yelling at his face in a corner. I could not believe it! I absolutely felt horrible for him(my brother). My younger brother slammed his door and kicked it then started yelling he wanted to kill himself. I feel so bad for him! I got really upset at them and told them it was rediculous what they did. So basically they got really mad at me, cursed at me and told me that I was disrespectful.Then i said i will move out and they said well fine wont pay for anything.school etc.

My son is two years old I can see signs of autisim in his behavior. I live just northeast of Houston, TX. Right now he sees a speech therapist once a week. I feel that he needs more than just once a week. Does anyone know of any places or programs that can help us out?

My son uses women, he leaves babies everywhere he goes. He's been all over the country doing this, I have grandbabies in Virginia, Nebraska, California, and god only knows where else. Right now he's between women, " I won't let him use my computer ". That's how he meets and uses them. Now that he's here, how hard should I be on him? He's our only child, the apple of momma's eye, how do I avoid problems now that he's here? I love him dearly, but not the way he treats the fair sex. He is a grown man now, 25. He goes to work and I charge him 10 dollars a day, how do get rid of him from my house without pissing off my wife?

I was raised seperately from my relatives. My dad was in The army and he raised me to be a good decent person. My relatives on the other hand are cruel, greedy and abusive. I never had any contact with them until i was 8 or 9. I was thinking of the famiies I saw on tv and thought are family was like that. They arent. They were very cruel, and abusive. For years i guess i just blocked out the stuff they said & did. I remember now because back then I was confused about what families were like and what love was. They took their frustrations out on me.

My mom is on the phone, screaming at the top of her lungs at her mother. From the sounds of it, it's something about how my grandmother got someone to call my mom and tell my mother to call my grandmother more often. She's been screaming for five minutes. It is ringing in my ears. Even if you plug your ears, you can still hear her at yelling volumes and it rings in your ears. My special-needs brother is sitting right next to her and is crying because he thinks she's yelling at him, plus it must hurt his ears. I tried to get him to move, but he doesn't do anything. My mom won't stop, even when I say "You're sitting right next to Daniel."

It's SO annoying and it's over something so stupid. She's ranting and she's even cursing a little.


Any tips?

My husbands mother always asks for money. Not from me but from him. She doesn't talk to me much because i am white and my husband is from pakistan. She wanted him to marry in his own race and religion. But the problem is she constintly asks for money. This time it is for his sisters wedding. Other times it has been for house payments and business deals for his uncles. He doesn't want to disrespect her but we have two children and don't have any extra money. She doesn'tknow ourr circumstances because she isn't involved in our lives. What should he say to her to stop her from asking for cash. And we are talking about thousands.

my name is kamal scott and I am 16 years old living in a small run down basement with my mother and a family who move from place to place like no mad people consist of 2 teenage girls and their mother. The house is up for sale and we will have to move soon.Ever since I came to America from Jamaica, my mom and I have been living in rented basement because my mom don't have enough money to afford a full house to ourselves.The first house we live in was very small. It only had 1 bedroom. Then later on my mom found another basement.After we settle in thing start to get out of hand. Every night the tennants up stair is always arguing and making alot of nosie and it's preventing us from doing our homework and trying to get a good night sleep. When they fight so much it feel like the ceiling is about to colapse on us. So please Oparh, I am begging on my knees to help ur find a place to live and make my mom and i feel happy again.

Say you were addicted to drugs managed to bankrupt ur $1300 from pocket money building over the years or should i say month, then somehow that isnt enough you steal $20-40 out of ur mums wallet and it builds up to $1000 befor you think OK I THINK ITS TIME I STOP, and no she doesnt know its missing becuase she found out about it ounce ide had around $950 of it stealing of her everyday

well she isnt really picky she just has pretty specific taste and i cant remember what that is. i know she dosent do anything scented she dosent burn candles, she isnt in to dressing up and she loves plants and to cook. i cant get her a plant because she is in so cal and im in nor cal. and i dont want her to have to fly back with a plant and plus my budget is small. it's for my aunt. any ideas?

Well, my dad's company has finally closed after a good few years of working their way out of debt and my dad taking the time to find his employees new jobs. But now he is looking for a job and many companies have gotten his hopes up with second, third interviews and then he finds out he did get the job. And meanwhile my mom has been working three jobs just so I can stay in College. Whare are some ways I can show them I appreciate their sacrifices?

My boyfriend of 2 1/2 years has just been introduced to the fact that my daughters father wants regular visitations and he regrets not been around for 2 years.(my daughter is 4) The only father figure in my daughters life has been my boyfriend. We do NOT live together but we are very close and he is close w/ my daughter. I think he feels threatened or something but I keep reassuring him that HE is the only one for me and I'm NOT going back w/ her dad..but he is still acting uncomfortable. Not to mention that her dad is MARRIED. So obvoiusly off limits anyway. But the truth of the matter is that I DO love my boyfriend and i don't know how to make him comfortable w/ this. I am THRILLED that my daughter's dad wants to be apart of her life even if he's a little late, I'm happy for my daughter. and I've never seen my daughter happier..but now my boyfriend says that he is having a hard time w/ the fact that I have a past. EVERYONE has a past and he knew I had a daughter from day one!

he died at 36 weeks on halloween,i gave birth to him on the 6th november and upto now have coped really well.i moved to south wales from yorkshire and feel really isolated from family and friends.
