I sit and cry all the time anything i think of reminds me of him. when my girls kiss there daddy goodnight i have too leave the room sometimes i swear i see his face just appear out of no where and disapear just as fast..my dads death was an accident.. he drowned and idk know if thats why i cant let it go or not.. i feel like im going insane can someone plz give me some personal advice????????? if u need to know more just ask

1. Get grief counseling ASAP. It really does help

2. You might need a bereavement group - it helps too

3. Remember, you have beautiful girls who need you here with them - they need their mother. Some day, your girls will grieve your death.

If you could influence your girls after you die, wouldn't you wish for them to be happy and enjoy their life (and not worry about you dying...) Would you want them to suffer so much with grief? What would your father want for you?

When I was 30 yrs I lost both my parents within a yr Now I am 65 In am going to give you a advice who will help you if you do it ;;;Each day ask your father to help you Ask him to heal that big whole in your heart and soul and he will YOu are lucky he is already visiting you Talk to him as often as it please you He hear you more easily now than ever I would like to hear about you in a couple of weeks from now because you should have receive some help from your father My Prayers

i lost my grandpa three years ago and i still cry every 1ce in a while so what u r going through is normal. losing someone that you love is tough and can be defastating. and you must remember all the good times that you had it may make you cry but atleast you have memories of him. death is a very painful thing but you have a hope.

I am 57 and I lost my dad last January. It is very hard but he is in a better place now and he is with you always...I have a picture of my dad and I talk to him all the time. It helps It's like having him there to listen to you try it...

time wil heal i lost dad almost 4 years ago to cancer as mmonths years past u adjust certain things a song a place still make me sad some times i see sense him which is ok feel free to contact
