My son is now 25 and once again, he's back with us, his parents. How hard should I be on him?

My son uses women, he leaves babies everywhere he goes. He's been all over the country doing this, I have grandbabies in Virginia, Nebraska, California, and god only knows where else. Right now he's between women, " I won't let him use my computer ". That's how he meets and uses them. Now that he's here, how hard should I be on him? He's our only child, the apple of momma's eye, how do I avoid problems now that he's here? I love him dearly, but not the way he treats the fair sex. He is a grown man now, 25. He goes to work and I charge him 10 dollars a day, how do get rid of him from my house without pissing off my wife?

Man you girls are hard, lol, me too, unfortunatly, momma's not, her baby boy. Yes of course he's still a boy, and yes he pays his support. I really need the help convincing momma, he's her only baby

Give him a time limit. Out in 90 days. You and momma are doing him no favors by coddling him. And each and every day make sure you tell him to use a condom! Also, he needs chores to do while he is there. The 10 bucks a day is simply for shelter. If he wants to eat he has to cough up more money or take it in trade for chores performed. No work, no food. Maybe having to face consequences for his actions will slow down on the reproduction rate. Does he pay child support or see any of his kids? I'd make sure the momma's of his babies know where he is, also.

HE IS NOT SET IN HIS WAYS. Anyone can change at any age. You are still his father. When my children don't behave as good as they should, I blame myself. I feel if I was a better mother, they would have been better children. You will always be his father, no matter how old he gets. Talk to him a lot and teach him responsibility and may be if you were a better father when he was younger, he would have turned out a better person. Do not throw him out of your house. How can a father throw his own children out of his house? I wasn't born in America, but I have lived here for many years. I have become accustomed to many different aspects of American life, but I would never get used to the idea of asking your adult children to leave your house or even charging them money. There are better ways to teach responsibility to your children than throwing them out of your house. Teach him that no matter what, you stand by him. This way, he learns that when he makes a woman pregnant, he should stay by her and take responsibility.

Don't be hard on him at all. Show him love and talk to him. Persuade him to change his ways. Talk to him many hours every day. Help him. Just by being hard on him, you will accomplish nothing and he will hate you. Don't you want the best for your son?

I hate to say but he is using you both. If he does these things to women and expect to come home to mom and dad then he knows what he is doing. You are just going to have to put your foot down. I would sit him and your wife down and talk to both of them. Just because he is mommas darling doesn't mean that he should wreckless in the welfare of other people. The more you let him do it the longer he will do it without caring. Tell him that you love him but this has got to stop. He needs to take responsibility for himself and his children. Wow I wish you where my parents No bills $10.00 a day to stay there. I would make him pay 350.00 for rent 100.00 for eletic 100.00 for food show him he needs to take on some Reasonability. You need to set a date for him to be out of your house.
You invite him for a private discussion and lay it on him. This is not up for discussion, and he "cannot go to his mama because she agreed to this." Period. Get ready to enforce it.

He is old enough to be "his own man"... not that he is much of a man. Your house is only a temporary way-station, not a permanent roost.

You need to lock up your computer. If the computer's own password settings are not enough of a deterrent, you need to put the PC on a rolling cart and put it in your closet, and put a keyed lock on your closet door.

When the son is out of there, change the locks. Consider moving to a smaller house so he can't stay with you again.

There's no such thing as a bad student, just bad teachers.

Take him fishing or something. Express your concerns about how he treats women. Remind him that behind every woman is at least 1 man who is very likely willing to hurt him badly or even take his life away for injuring the girl. Remind him of the children, his very own blood line, who are fatherless in such a harsh world, and how it was he who put them in that situation. Help him to start thinking.

Once he gets his mind straight, all that should start falling into place.

help him buy a condo. the process that is. he can get 100% financing. find the cheapest place on the market and let him fiannly start on his own.
