...and stay at her parents place, when the parents don't enjoy her being there. It wouldn't be so bad if she didn't continually lecture them about everything, complain about small issues like dust under the table, lecture her father for being "grumpy", and cause so much stress to her mother that the mom loses about 10 pounds of weight. I'm afraid she's literally shortening her parents life (they are about 70). The kids are all screaming constantly, crying, etc.

What should the parents do? Is this normal ???(i.e. what extended families do)

i've been living with him for 2 years together for 3 have a baby together perfect relationship he's a great guy he's been married twice before. he says he's not ready to get married right now but he does want to eventually and that he loves me a lot and never wants to break up. i just don't understand why he wouldn't want to get married he's done it twice before and they were horrible to him and i treat him great.

My husband got fired and has been unemployed for four months. He spends an average of 1-2 hours per day looking for work and/or interviewing. I have provided him with books and materials on how to conduct a successful job search. He recently got a job for 10 hours a week but it is a new company so the prospects are uncertain.

For Christmas he didn't give any sort of gift to me or my family even though he knew we were spending hundreds of dollars on him. He did buy a bottle of wine for one of his friend's family and is going to go snow boarding with his friends with his own money.

So when I try to talk to him about all this and express my concerns/hurts, he says yes I know the average person would have dumped me by now. But nothing comes after it as to how we might solve the problem or where his priorities are. He says his priority is me but I thought actions speak louder than words? I'm so confused and don't know what to do?

Im 20. Ive been dating a girl (also 20) for two months. A month ago she told me she wants a relationship eventually with me but said she gets scared of relationships and it is hard for her to open up becasue she has been hurt badly in the past. After this things were going really well and a week ago she said she was ready for a relationship.A week later out of nowhere she said she was feeling pressured (not by me) and got freaked out and wants to take everything very slow. She said she gets scared of the word "relationship." She said she said she was ready just to let me know that she really likes me. I asked her if we were actually in a relationship or not and she said yes but wants to take it very slow. What should I do? Should I continue to do what I was doing and continue to move slow??

My boyfriend was caught this last Saturday reading an email, he deleted as soon as I walked in. I told him to put it up on the screen and he denied there was anything there. For a half an hour I insisted that he put it back up for me to read, while at the same time he was giving bullshit stories about what it was. He finally put it up for me to view, only to find out it is an ex he was dating before me. Then he confessess that they have emailed and talked on the phone around 20 times in the past year of our dating. He recently took her home from her work to her home, because he says she was distressed and he was the 1st person she thought of to call. In the mean time he has sworn there was no intimacy, and I talked to the girl and she said the same. I feel made a fool of. How can I get the trust I had for him? He has given me full access to his computer Id's, and cell records, he has professed his love for me and that he will never betray me again. Is he full of ****? What to do?

supporting his 2 brothers and mom.. i dont wanna be mean or anything but he spends more money on them than me!!

he has 4 brothers, one is a doctor who makes good money but does NOT support anyone but his wife and kids!!

the brothers my husband supports refuse to work!!

i've talked to my hubby about it before but he just says.. they're family i have to support them! but i'm his wife and the mother of his unborn child! he should put us before anyone else!

how do i get him to change???

he's a stock broker and makes a decent amount of money but we can barely ever save anything!

before we were married we decided to live w/his mom for one year (so we could save enough money for a home, furniture, new car, etc.)
his brother surprisingly got married a month after us to a girl he knew for 3 weeks so now they live with us and they're both crazy and sooo annoying and disrespectful!

My Boyfriend and I have stopped having sex. We went from having sex 4 times a week to about once a Month. My confidence has gone way down because for the last 6 months our of our year and a half relationship it has been this way. Our relationship used ot be so exciting and spuratic and now I feel like hes bored (even though he swears hes not). He never initiates sex and I find im not as relaxed because I feel like Im forcing him into it or something. Ok need some opinions please... I have a guy friend who I actually live with and help with his kids. We are VERY close friends and we are intimate as well. I know for a fact he "plays the field" we talk about it. I on the other hand do not want to be with anyone else but, understand that I need to be single as does he. We have that understanding. Understand that we care about each other very much. We also share a bed every night.

I don't know if and how I should try to date. What does anyone think?

Also, he has a female friend that I have also become friends with but, his rule is that I can't hang out with his friends, (like I'm not allowed to hang out with her unless he's around) she knows all about our situation though. What is that about?

Anyway, to make a complicated question short, what is your opinion of the situation and what should I do and how do you even start dating?

So pretend you're a 15 year old guy. You've been with your girlfriend for over a year and you love her very much. She feels the same way. You're very close and are intimate, but no sex. Your hands and mouth have full access from the waist up, and from the waist down, your hands have full access, but over clothes only. You've told your girl that you'll only go as far as she wants, and have stuck with that. For a few months now [you only see each other once a week on weekends pretty much] you've been trying to get down her pants. Every time she moves your hands, but lately, you try up to five or six times a night. Most of the time, she waits to see how far you're going to go before moving your hands. You definitely want sex, and her actions other than moving your hands make it seem like she does too.

When my husband and his ex wife went to court for child support they both lived in NY state. We now live in NC and in 2006 his ex wife moved to Indiana at which time she contacted the child support enforcement agency and asked them to close the account (the payments were being deducted from his paychecks at that time). After she moved she asked him to just pay her directly so there is no court order for support through the state of Indiana where she now lives. His son is now 15 and his daughter will turn 18 in February. Can anyone tell me at what age the support is supposed to stop for a child?

He was out of my life for like 3 months,when we finally got back in touch with each other I was still in love with him so we started talking again little did i know that the same thing is going to happen all over again. he is a coward and i just want to do something to hurt him so that he can feel a little of the pain that he caused me. i have never done the whole revenge thing but why would he even come back into my life to only dissappoint me and he claims to love me. She sued me after my Nana died cuz I was left more money in the will (I took care of her till the day she died). Kelly was the "other woman" for 8 years & is now marrying the man who is 22 yrs older. We have different values & morals. I cant stand 2 be in the same room w/her. I try 2 hold my tongue 4 my parents but it is getting harder & harder. The last straw was the Bear's game this weekend, I sat in my dad's clubhouse seats & she got his other seats. She threw a fit, she wasnt even supposed 2 go. It was a typical freezing cold windy Chicago day. She said she doesnt understand why homeless people complain, she sat in the cold w/2 blankets 3 shirts 2 pants 3 socks. She actually said I know they have Coats & Blankets cuz I donate my old stuff 4 them. I wish I could say she was kidding but this is the honest truth of the type of person she is. How do I enjoy my family if she is there? Cant make my p's choose between us but cant go on w/her @ holidays, functions etc.. I am going 2 snap!

Have any of you ever been really in love with someone who had a drug addiction? I stayed with him through rehab and he ended up leaving me for someone he met in there. Two years later we have started talking again and now he just drinks and smokes out. It was okay for awhile because it isn't like it was. The other night we fought about his inability to commit and he asked me in front of his roommate to move in. He said he was in love with me and that we would make it work this time. The next day I called him at work and he was rude and told me he was busy. I hung up and haven't called back. It is like he is only sweet when he's high and either forgets or it freaks him out when he realizes what he said. I don't want to move in with him just be an actual item? I feel like such a fool and I know somewhere in my mind this will continue. I just love him so it makes it tough? Has anyone been in a situation like this? How did you deal, and or heal? Thanks!

Did you spend time, energy, money and love preparing what you hoped would be a beautiful, loving family Christmas, only to find that no one gave a hoot? I hauled down the decorations (alone), decorated the tree (alone) climbed the ladders and hung the lights (alone), baked, played carols, attended parties, planned and cooked dinners, bought and wrapped presents...all alone. Everyone wanted to GET presents, no one wanted to do any of the work, or have any togetherness. Is the answer to just stop doing anything for them? Keep pouring love where it's not wanted or appreciated? Run away and hope for happiness elsewhere? Life is short...
