What are your thoughts on addressing Save-the-Date invitations?

I know a wedding invitation gets addressed formally on the outside ("Mr. & Mrs. John Smith" or "Mary Jones") and the first names, children that are also invited, or "and guest" go on the inner envelope.

However, how do you address a save the date that doesn't have an inner envelope and is decidedly less formal? I want to be sure people know that their kids are invited and/or they can bring a guest.

My and this boy have been together for two years and we broke up like a month ago and we've been trying to work things out...well at times he aggravates me and does things that we disccused that i dont like such as his attitude. Basically he makes me angry sometimes and just makes me wonder.."since we're not together should we just let it go because it's been a month and we're still not back together" and thats because of my choice. I mean i do love him but.. if we're not together yet that means something right??

Do or would you charge your son/daughter to look after their child (your grandchild) and would you keep a record of every time you looked after them even if it was only for half an hour at times?

Ok, so i'm at the library and there are 2 boys who i'd guess are 12-14(wild guess) who were sayin stuff like 'hey cutie' and(i cant belive the librarians didnt notice) wisling.....yea, wtf

Well, I said "shut up or i WILL throw a book at you"...that stoped them for a little.

Then when i check out, i type in i PIN number..one of them was trying to read it.(OMG, WTF?) so i said "go AWAY!"

After i checked out, i went up and told em that "there are many ways NOT to get a girlfriend. Being a jerk is one of them"

Too rude?

I'm 13 btw.

and, NO, i'm NOT gonna sue....i know boys can't control their eyes sometimes

I know it's wrong in every way possible but with this one i can't help it. I don't want to hurt her or him, but the way he looks at me makes me totally forget he's got a girlfriend. Some people tell me to wait a bit and then see if he'll ditch the chick once he knows me enough to make a decision, some people tell me that i'm just the side dish, but we have only kissed. Should i wait a little bit more and see where it goes or say good-bye now?

we've been dating for about a year and we love each other. We live together and spend most of what little free time we have with each other. However, lately she has been acting rather distant and she avoids having sex with me. I don't believe that she is cheating. I have no reason to think that. She told me that she feels pressured to sleep with me lately. Also that it feels like when i do sweet things, my only motivation is to get her into bed. This however is absolutely not true. I told her that the reason that I do these sweet things is to show her that I love her. I also said that sleeping together is another way that I show her how much I love her. Can anybody give me some advice or maybe a perspective on this one. Thanks.

my husband is always there to help his family whenever they ask or fall down on hard times. here's a short list of what my husband did to help his parents. he took off from work to take his mom to surgery while we sat there all day long waiting for her to get out and we sat with her when she got to her room. he helped her move heavy furniture from out of her storage unit to a very small basement in the house. he picks up the check when we all go out to eat. helped his mom move. he went over and carried many heavy 50 lb bags of sands and dug up their backyard to level out a family swimming pool and the list goes on and on and on and on. i'm very upset with his family because he goes out of his way to help them and yet they got his sister and her kids presents well over $400 worth of presents and all they do is live there sucking up all their money. his sister never helped with all of the things that he has helped with, she just sits there and keeps having babies.

They have been getting me the same thing for the past 2 years now. They think it's different if it is in a different color. It's a stupid, out-of-style, Columbia Jacket. What am I gonna do with a jacket (light-weight) in the middle of Winter? It's dark blue, and they got me a pink one last year. They are so rude, they think it is a chore to go out and buy presents for their grandchildren, they don't put any thought into it. I love them, but it makes me mad.

My boyfriend's ex-wife did not have their kids call him on Christmas. He lives in a different state and she has pretty much alienated him from her life. They kids call sporadically (they are 8 and 4) and since he lives out of state, he visits when he can. His ex does not answer the phone when he calls and does not return messages. He completely pays for all their support (house, cars, food, expenses) even though he had a job loss at the beginning of the year. They have not finished their divorce yet. I understand the what it feels like to call and call and leave messages and yet be rejected everytime. He is trying hard to be strong, but he broke down and cried yesterday because they did not call. I think he was just praying they would. He probably couldn't bear to try himself because they never answer. Has anyone been through this before? How can he overcome this?

First he fought for us whiles I had doubts as I believed we dnt ‘click’ & I broke up a few times with him. Now I realised I misunderstood him & do believe in us. But now he believes we dnt click & wants to end our 2 year relationship. I believe that there is a lot of potential but because we where in 2 diff countries for a yr it made arguments etc worse. He wishes it could b different & he still loves me. Now I believe that it is my turn to fight. I could let go but we both might miss out on the best thing because of a few clashes. We have decided to stay friends anyway. Maybe taking slow steps where we can get know each other again by just being friends then to see if things are better. The only problem is that I have a lot of studying, self-development etc to do. This has really destructed me. Maybe this might be the best thing that has happened & I should concentrate on my self. The only thing is that I might loose him if I let go and never have this chance again.

What are the steps I should take? I have two years, but need to figure out who pays for what, etc.

Also, since the proposal was private, should I have an announcement party or just send letters?

I have sooooo many questions.

When I was little my dad moved out of the house because my mom found out he was cheating on her. I later found out that he was actually going to leave us for this other woman but at the last minute she declined. My dad doesn't know that I know all about his dirty little secrets and its hard for me to have a relationship with him because I know that he doesn't really love me if he was planning on leaving me. How am I supposed to have a relationship with him without telling him that I know everything?

I'm 23, have been married for a little over a year, and we have two children together (youngest is 9 months). My husband is completely un-romantic. When I try to be initiate some romance of any kind, he'll ignore me or tell me he's busy. When I try to show him affection he occasionally gets annoyed and pushes me off, even in front our friends, and (not to sound vain) but I know I'm beautiful, although he rarely even compliments me. His idea of quality time is playing x-box while I sit on the couch. He can be incredibly cruel, cold, and callous. Things have become so bad between us I have considered leaving, but I couldn't afford to and for the sake of our children I would like for us to be a happy family. If I try talking with him about this, even kindly and without accusations, he gets very angry. I have no idea what to do, but I am MISERABLE. I feel like I'm nothing at all to him. Any advice would be well appreciated

I'm 12 years old and the girl I like is also 12 years old. During winter break she asked me if I liked anyone. I didn't want to tell her but she begged me and I tild her that it was her. She told me also that she liked me. So I told her to go on youtube and watch my video of me playing the mario theme on the piano and I asked her If she wants me to dedicate a song to her. She said yes, and she asked me if I could play The Titanic theme and I couldn't, but then the next day she told me that she had this feeling that she liked me one day and didn't the next. She still wants to hear the song I dedicated to her which is Can You Feel The Love Tonight. So will the song might change her mind about not liking me, or should I dedicate this song and learn The Titanic Theme to get her back? PLEASE I NEED ANSWERS because I can't stop thinking about the e-mails and every time I play the piano I think of her and every other word I say is her name. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I'm 19 and a single mother to my beautiful little girl. I'm going back to college soon and I'm working as much as I can to pay the bills and make sure everything is taken care of. I'm also taking care of my 15 year old sister.(it's a long story.) I just wanted to know if it's normal for me to worry about the bills,my daughter, and my sister all the time.

I ask, only intelligent answers.

I am in Iraq, a soldier.

been married for 2 years and adopted her child that is 3. The child only knows me as her father.

Well, My wifes ex that she dated about 3 years before I has always been a friend of my wife. i have met him and of course seemed very respectful. I know how all men are though.

One night while I have deployed (8 months ago) she was drunk and she said he took advantage. NOW she does not deny that she was drunk and horny, so by no means is this rape or anything like this. Well, she is pregnant now, and for months she has begged for me to forgive her. For the last 8 months I just told her we will see how things work out and she must stop talking to him altogther. She has done this to my knowledge.

SERIOUS replies

Do you think I should divorce her or forgive her?
