Me and my mom argue all the time, starting when i was in 6th grade. Sometimes are relationship is great, and then again it can be extremly bad. We have went to counsleing, but that didnt work, noting does. The last argument we had was really bad, she told me she hated me, and i told her i hated her back, and now we dont even speak, its only been a couple days but it is still very akward. This is suffering with my school work because im always in my room, listening to music just trying to avoid her (am i just making excuses)???. I feel like i have no one, family is supposed to be the ones who will always be there, but i dont really have that. Im thinking about staying with my cousin for while, just untill things cool of??. Should i stay home and try to work stuff out, or just get away for a while?????

She claimed it was just naiveness and some anger. A guy who had chased her for a year before she and I ever met had still been trying to get with her while we where together. She initially hid our relationship saying she was busy everytime he asked her out (she acutally did this even when single when blowing guys off its true). But my concern is that she became his cheerleader, while we where together and one day he told her he is ready to hang out when she is and she went off on this rant and at the end of it said she is not sure how much longer we would be together. She was also burning him CD's (though she never met up). I asked her if he was on her myspace friends list and she said no but he was. I can't picture her liking this guy, he is ugly has no game or money and she is the christian no sex before marriage type. She says she was just venting. I don't know what the truth is. I broke up with her. She did a lot to try to work it out. But I feel relieved for now...

Hi,

My husband and I are in the middle of an acrimonious period. He wants a divorce, but refuses to move out until we have a custody agreement in place (an attorney told him if he moved out I could claim abandonment). Anyway, I can't stand having him here and want to take his keys. We are in a rental apartment in California. We seperated last year, and I rented this apartment in my name only. Five months ago, he moved in when we attempted a reconciliation, but his name was NOT added to the lease. Can the police force me to let him back in?

Neither of us have filed any divorce, seperation, or custody claims as of yet.

Even though my fiance and I don't plan on getting married until I graduate college in 2010, I've still been really thinking about the whole bachelor party thing and him having a stripper there. Ok, I will just give you the details and then want to know what your opinions are.

* Met a guy online, have been talking for about 5 months, 'together' for 2 months
* I'm a virgin, he isn't
* We want to meet so badly but I told him I need to wait until the end of next year (when I have finished school) We'll be about 18 when we meet.
* He's been hurt badly in the past, been cheated on but he has never cheated
* He's willing to wait a year for me, and more if I needed
* He respects me, and really loves me.
* I love him with all my heart and he is the first person I have truly loved.
* My family knows of him and his of me.
* He has suggested moving here in a few years once he has worked and saved enough money.

So what do you all think? Personally, I can see us being together for a long time. I mean, if we haven't met and can feel so strongly for one another, it can only get better on meeting. Just interested to hear some of your thoughts/opinions? =)

I frankly couldn't care less about this hype about getting a gf. They cause unrelenting drama, steal your $, and zap your time. And then break up w/you and go out with the next guy.

Even if you marry them, they will just divorce you in ten years or so and take everything. Including your kids. And your house. And you have to pay them for it.

Why are some guys so eager to have their life ruined?

I am 26 years old, and my husband took his own life 2 months ago. We did not have any children, and we were separated for over a month before it happened. I was prepared to file for divorce bc I he was addicted to drugs & alcohol and it was ruining our lives. I am ready to date other men, but I feel so guilty because I feel like it might be hurtful to his family and make it hard for them to grieve. I haven't talked to my inlaws much since my husbands death, but I do still love them and I don't want to cause them any more pain. I have been dating someone for a few weeks, but I have basically kept our relationship a secret. I really like him and he's a great guy. He knows my situation, but I feel like its not fair to him because I am holding back due to the stress in my life. I think I worry too much about what other people think, but I just don't want to give the impression that I didn't love my husband. A lot of people won't understand why it's so easy for me to move on.

father is paying child support, and i dont want anymore from him, because ever since he has gotten his green card of which he abandon me and my daughter once he received it he feels now he has right and has been harassing me ever since. i have obey the judgement orders but he has not at all. i want out so he can leave me and the child alone. she is so much happier since he has been gone and so have i and he just wont stop with the name calling. its the holiday and a new year coming and i want this to stop . i dont want to fight in the courts anymore. i am emotionally tired.

My good friend is in a custody battle,she's 17 and the guy is 23.Me and her live right beside each other and she is a great mom and loves her baby dearly the baby is almost 2 months old,The guy left her when she was pregnant.Well yesterday she ran over here and got me she was so scared he was in the road by there house causing trouble saying someone threw a rock at his car,well my firends dad was gone but drove quickly and got home to protect his daughter,when her ad got here he got into it with babys dad and punched him,just protecting himself,well the guy went and pressed charges.How can this happen whe he was in front of there house causing trouble?It took the police forever to show up and now this 23 yo peace of crap isnt going to get in any trouble??I dont get it

So that means you have a 75% chance you will be unhappy with your marriage.

So why are you getting married? What makes you think you will be in that 25% (assuming the real # is even as high as 25%)
