If this is for a guy you know that would be one hell of a way of telling him that you like him.
If it's just hypothetical that's just stupid, my friend asks these types of questions all the time like, what would you do if a naked girl just walked into the room.
Is the girl just there by chance or is she there because shes trying to do something sexy for you?
Are you trying to see how perverted some guys are and you want them to describe the sex acts they'd do?
Personally, I'd say let me get you some clothes, but if she had a look in her eye and a smile on her face, well you know what I'd do then.

Depends on how she acted and who else was in the house.. Also depends on how she looked.. Did she invite you inside? Always carry a camera with you.. At least you can get a picture so people will believe you later..
