No, but sex would be illegal depending on jurisdiction. Hands off!

In most states (if not all) it is illegal, particularly if you end up having sex. The 16-year-old cannot give legal consent, so the 18-year-old could be charged with statutory rape.
Two years isn't that much difference, but at this point in life it makes a big difference, because the younger is still focused on completing high school, while the older is thinking of graduation, college, and career.
Most parents I know (including myself) would object to this type of relationship because of the possible negative consequences--it may get too serious, the older one may pressure the younger one for sex and/or take advantage, etc.
Try finding someone your own age.

no theres nothing wrong with it,,,,how ever if her parents dont like you and your having sex then the most they can charge you with is contributing to a minor if that, because 16 is legal age of concent as far as sex goes and your only 18, still a teen in ost cases especially with how close your ages are.now when your 19 or 20 and shes 16 or 17 then its stagetory rape and thats straight to jail without passing go....

hmm, it depends. on the maturity. But you shouldnt because it is illegal if the two of you have sex. If I were 18 I wouldnt want a 16 year old. Even if they were mature. Just stick with people of your own age until both of you are above 21 years of age.

You can date but no sex. They are of age of consent, but statutory rape can be stated by the parents. You could date. It just depends on your level of sexual activity to see if its legal or not. or if you put your self at risk for getting in trouble

No!!
Not really if you think about it. My parents are two years apart, my friends parents are 17 years apart. Who cares as long as you like each other and get on well.

is it wrong for you to be asking a question like that? yes. why? becasue of course its ok!! love doesnt care about age. at least there isnt a huge age difference like your turning 20 and your gf is in her late 80s.

no, forget every one else usually it is normal for a girl to date an older guy because that puts them at the same maturity level because it takes longer for guys to catch up with girls emotionally. i think it's A-OK but don't get sexually involved that involves police and a jail cell.
