What do you make out of this situation. A guy that you been seeing for five years tell you that he is leaving not only you but your kids two weeks before Christmas to go and stay with a guy friend out of town to pursue music. Not only that up and quit his job once again. Not only that use a argument as an escape go! What do you think?

He doesn't sound very responsible at all. I know you have kids....but you need to think about those kids future as well....children need a responsible Father to be there. Ask God to help you on this.

Listen up.

Jobs are ****** up. Maybe you don't have to work to keep the bills paid, I dunno. Sometimes guys just gotta stick together, for the good of everything that's on their shoulders.

Sorry if this doesn't help. I was laid off six weeks ago, and swear that I'll work hard to start my own business before becoming a piss-on to another goddamn POS. And I have three kids, which depend on me, so if I need to sort **** out before moving forward with a losing situation, that's what I need.

Offering no defense,, but what's life all about?

Something's fishy, either it involves someone else or not, he doesn't seem to value time with you and your kids. And five years and you are not married to this guy??? Doesn't sound very committed and quitting again jobs??? Not responsible either, find a bettter father for your kids, get some child support and move on.

P.S. Do not mean to be harsh in ay way, but seriously think about your future.

Sorry sweetheart but men are selfish. Just accept that they are not programmed like women. They do not think about the sentimental things we do. We are from Venus and They are from Mars. (It's an excellent book/tape series--even funny--written by a former monk turned married therapist. You will feel so much better once you've read it. Do not take anything the Mars Men do personally.

That he is selfish, and that he doesnt care for me, doesnt love me, cos apart from him he doesnt care about anyone else. He leaves you, and the kids in a special date as Christmas, that says so little about him.
I would say its ok let him go, havea great Christmas and if you can date other guys. When he is back, tell him he can get his stuff and leave, but for ever.

It sounds like he has been working up to doing this for a while. Not a last minute thing. LET him go!! When he comes back because he realizes he was Wrong, Boot him to the Curve. You have your Children to raise, not a Man/Boy!

If the kids are his, make sure you see a lawyer and get child support.
If he would walk out on you and your kids at short notice at any time, not just Christmas, don't ever take him back.

If your children are his, find out where he is going and where they are doing their music in case you have to find him for child support.

Ask him to stay until Christmas is over so he doesn't upset the children.

Joy to you!
