A guy that I was once involved with came by this weekend about 2:30 am. He was suppose to come by the night before, but didn't and we were suppose to meet up earlier that night. But I didn't hear from him until a little after 2. Well basically we had only been talking for about a week. He had started telling me that he loved me and stuff so I said it back. He's never wanted to be in a commited relationship and I had reason to believe that he's been sleeping with other people. Two girls that I know of, but am not friends with. So he came over and started to kiss me. I told him not to but he did anyway. Well I guess he thought that I was going to return the "favor" but I didn't. He was noticeably disappointed but didn't say so. The next day I didn't hear from him. Until I contacted him he was somewhat brash, when I asked a couple of times if he no longer wanted to be friends he said I don't have to be his friend and hung up the phone. I called back and he didn't answer.

I went out with friends after work and when they all left, I bumped into this guy. I don't know how I could be so foolish, but 30 min later I am in a hotel room with him.
When I didn't come home my husband called a couple of friends. When he found my car outside the restaurant he filed a missing persons report. The police then went looking for me and eventually found me in the hotel room the next morning. My husband and kids came to the hotel because they thought someone had kidnapped me. When he saw me he hugged me and was crying because he was so worried. When he found out what had really happened, he turned white, and then threw up.
It's been a week now. EVERYONE knows what happened. I am so ashamed of myself I don't even want to open my eyes. I can't look at anyone. My 19 year old son looked straight at me and called me a worthless wh or e. My husband has barely said anything to me.

I have a 2005 yellow Honda S-2000 that I love as it is. My BF always wants to add front lip and supercharger. We are not teenyboppers and I do not plan to race anyone, nor do I want him racing when he uses the car. We share two cars, both owned and fully paid for by me.

Is there an age limit for driving around in tuned-up car. Really we are 39 and 31 and I think it is a little silly.

I think he should be happy that he ended up with a woman who at least had a sporty car? I really do not having just paid off car note want someone messing around with the engine to make it super fast when it is plenty fast as it is??

I think this has to be my lowest priority in life and don't want to spend any money on this. I make triple his salary BTW...and we own a house that needs some renovations. So can not see earmarking any funds to "fix" the car.

My older sister owes me a large sum of money. She has not made any attempt to pay it back. What should I do to get it from her. She must think I am made of money and I can afford to just let it go.......... but Im certainly not........

became friends with a single waitress from Hooters to the point where you stumbled across an email from hubby to waitress (platonic content, it was a link to an online quiz, quiz was sexual orientation that he sent to several other people).

She invited us both over to her house and we went and had a nice time. There was no flirting or any inappropriate behavior. Anything was probably imagined on my part.

But, now you know that they also have exchanged cell phone numbers, as that is how we got directions etc.

How would you handle this situation? To be paranoid and create possible turmoil for no reason? To let it go and possible miss some signs that should be paid attention to?

Firstly i'll tell you that I'm a very shy person but quite good looking to be realistic and shes a very good looking woman.
I am in my late teens and this woman is in her mid-late twenties.
We don't talk but she always moves close to me and touches me. E.g. if I have my arm out she'd move her body towards it and lean on it.
I'm confused and want to know what's going on as she's married too.
Am I just a tool for her fun?
Does anyone have similar experiences?

My brother in law is having a paternity test done. My husband and I are having the results e-mailed to us, so we will be the first to know. How do we tell him if it comes back that he is NOT the father? He is going to flip out.....

We decided Wednesdays and Saturdays are daddy days. However, my son's father doesnt drive, so I always do all the driving. The ex lives about 35 miles from my home, and I work not quite halfway between my place and his. . . about 12 miles from my house. My grandma lives about 2 miles from work.

Last night some coworkers and I went out for Happy hour, and I dropped my son off at my grandma's. After I pick up my son, I realize I had to go home and sleep on the couch because my mattress was outside drying out all day and I cannot lift a Cal King mattress alone. So I asked two male friends (very old friends whom I've known considerably longer than my son's father) who live right next to my grandma's if they wouldnt mind helping me out. They also dont drive, so I said I would take them to my place then drive them back.

So my ex gets PO'd that I would drive to have them handle my mattress situation, but not to go and pick him up so he could do it (alone?) and also get to see our son.

My husband is 52 and is spending a lot of time w/ a young woman from work (28 single and pretty). I found some pictures of them posing very affectionately on several outings including a harbor cruise, sightseeing on a supposed work related trip (seperate from colleagues) and an overnight trip to see a ballgame out of town. (3 hour drive each way with limo and driver) He has the money but does anyone think that he would book 3 rooms (his, hers, drivers) to go to a baseball game? I have learned that they also have dinner together frequently. I also learned that he spent $500 on a long cashmere coat for her, and sent her roses on Valentines day. We have 3 young children and I am wife #3. I am getting prepared to confront him and wanted to see what opinions others may have.

I don't want to be hurtful or mean when I do it, and yes I am very scared what he will do when I tell him so I want an easy way as well as nice way.

She is upset to tears if she hears about or sees someone get hurt. She wants to give her things to the poor kids (we give our old stuff to Desert Industries) and her money as well. If someone is feeling bad she is really moved to help, even if it's a kid who hasn't been kind to her previously. Is this normal? I know compassion is a positive trait, but at what point does it go too far? Is it because I take in and rehab abused animals? Or because I've had several serious illness in the past years? I hope nothing I'm doing is harming her psychologicaly.

I really get along with this girl in one of my classes, we joke around and everything. She has a boyfriend and I totally respect that, in fact, that's the reason why I am able to be so comfortable around her and not nervous at all. Since she has a boyfriend I know she will not "judge" me or "critique" me and assume that I am just trying to hit on her to impress or whatever. She doesn't think that I am just trying to get with her.

My question is, how can I use this particular situation to help me with other girls?

I don't think there is another pain greater then getting your dream and hopes broken. I still feel I am destin to be with him. He is been very clear he hates me and would never want to be with me. Everyone think I am happy and have moved on but I am about to lose my mind over this... because he is everything I want my future husband to be. He is sooo wounderful... but he hates me now. I don't know how to accept this feeling that is over done gone.

There is this couple that is friends with my fiance and I, they have been our friends for about 6 years now. The girlfriend kind of 'invited' herself to be my maid of honor as soon as she found out he purposed to me, I couldn't say no since she was so excited. So 8 months along the line, I haven't really talked about wedding plans, and I finally start now. I find a $180 bridesmaid dress that I love and would like my bridesmaid to wear. I show it to her and she starts complaining how expensive it is. I am annoyed because 1: She first of all, volunteered to be maid of honor. I never officially asked her. 2: She is ALWAYS broke, she never has any money! Whenever we go out, I am a always paying for food, shopping, etc. Okay, like 95% of the time. I would think she would be a little more generous since I've always helped her.

My question is: Should bridesmaids pay for their own dress? Make-up? Hair? Accessories? Or is it the bride's responsibility? I already have enough financial stress with the rest of the wedding expenses!

So, should I help her pay for a portion of the dress, or should I just make her pay for her own dress?

Should I just get a new maid of honor, although she will probably never be my friend again?
