Do what you want to, and what will make you feel good if he loves you he'll like ya no matter what you look like. If he breaks up with you over losing weight, you don't need him anyway.

I know of a lot of men who prefer thick girls (including my fiance). I've always struggled somewhat with my weight, stay about a size 14 or so. I don't have the most beautiful body by a long shot, but am comfortable with myself, which is maybe why I get flirted with a lot. If you want to lose weight for yourself, do so. If your boyfriend leaves you because you are too skinny then you are better off just as you would be better off without someone who would leave you over a 10 lb weight gain.

I am not a guy but maybe I can help? First, its your body and you should do what you are comfortable doing. Second, if you want to trim down a bit to feel healthier but still maintain your curves why not try a smaller weight loss goal? Even losing 10-20 lbs makes a world of difference on your body and confidence. Shoot for something smaller and you get the body of your dreams and your guy still gets some curves to love! Good luck!

I'm not a guy, but wanted to give you my input. First of all, your feelings are what matter! If you aren't happy/confident with yourself, then make any changes you feel are needed! There's always the possibility that you and your boyfriend could break up and then you're still the way you dislike. If he really likes you then he'll like you when you're thin as much as he does while you are thick! Do what makes YOU happy!

do what makes you feel comfortable, im sure he will still like you if you lose some weight... if not, screw it
youll look better and other guys will come for you. i prefer a girl who works out and takes care of her body but isnt afraid to let loose and drink some beers or have some burgers with the guys... so, not really thin, and not very thick is what i like... but tight a$s is a must!

Well, do what you feel like doing.
If you think you'll feel more confident by losing weight,
then go for it!
Love is not about physical attraction,
it's about that feeling deep inside that makes you feel like a person is worth your time,
and love is when you are with that person,
and he/she annoys you to no end,
and you don't know whether to laugh, be mad, scream or cry.
Love is crazy,
and if your boyfriend likes your body the way it is,
but doesn't like it when you lose weight,
then I'm sorry to tell you that...
it's not love.
Find someone who could accept you for who you are,
and not just wanting you for your body.
Remember, fulfilling your self-confidence is more important
than fulfilling other people's wants.

You have to do what's best for you and your health. If he's not still with you when the weight comes off, I'm sure you'll find a new man with your slimmed down body.

If he truely loves you he would respect the fact that yourlosing weight, my suggestion would be to lose the weight slowly that way you both can adapt together to the changes
