everything that they make happy

I have a new co-worker. She is having an affair with one of the married associates at our firm. Allthough she is good at her job, she got the position because of him, as she wasn't previously qualified. This guy's wife just found out she has cancer, and that it is terminal. Instead of being there for her, he continues in this blatant affair. Here is my problem. We have a very tight-knit office, and are all very friendly with each other. We all go out to lunch, etc., and socialize with each other, but I can't bring myself to accept this person. Everytime I look at her, I think about what she is doing (she knows.) How can I get past this to have a working relationship with her, that is necessarily close in nature because of our small office?

I have this friend and it seems that we only hang out when its convenient for him and its starting to really piss me off! A lot of the time we only hang out when hes benefiting in some way and I only recently caught on to this but I am kind of a push over and I hate that quality about me, I just let people walk all over me a lot of the time so they think its ok and continue to do it. I was thinking I'd ignore him a bit and wait for him to get a hold of me or if he says he wants to come over then I was thinking about giving him a taste of his own medicine, should I? Also, this may sound stupid but how can I keep myself from texting him when he hasn't texted me and I want to see whats up? Thanks

I met this girl in September and I didn't think much of her. Because at the time i had a semi-steady girlfriend and plus she seemed sorta of shy. Well a earlier this later we were both working a play together and i got to know her and well I have fallen hard for her. We have had lunch a couple times and each time we have lunch she says multiple times I am the sweetest guy she has ever met. And i am realizing shes not a shy as I first thought. Well we arranged to go on a date on Sunday when she got back on campus. But she called it off because she got stuck in traffic. I just took her word for it with out thinking. And she told me should call me today to arrange a time and place for a date tomorrow. Well something came up so i called to tell her That I need to the time for tomorrow now. That call was 6 hours ago and she hasn't returned my message. My question is she so shy that she has trouble talking to me or does she not want to hurt my feelings? What should I do? I really like her.

I freaked out at first, but realized how much I lover her. now i want to work things out and she needs time on her own. I asked if she wanted a divorce and she says she doens't want to do anything drastic that she might regret in the future, but she says that she realllllly likes her affair partner too becasue he makes her happy and its new. This is after 71/2 years together 1/2 years married. what do i do?

Ok, so I'm involved with a man online. He's wonderful, everything I could have ever hoped for. He lives in CA and I live in a far away different state. How can I make him meeting my parents (we've talked about this together) a little less awkward? And how can I introduce him to my close friends without saying we met online? I need serious advice, this is really stressing me out!

BTW, look past the whole "online dating is bad" idea. It's really not. This man is wonderful, truely. Not an act. I'm 16 and he's 17.

I am writing this letter in hopes that you will be able to help my friend Jennifer. She is a single mother of 3 great kids, she recently got married (in July) and after 4 short months of being married the guy just decided that isnt what he wanted. He wouldn't give her much time to try to get a place so within 2-3 weeks she had to get a place for her and the kids to go. You see Jennifer doesn't have any family close by her and she lost her mother at age 5 I think so she has never had her mother around. She had to take every penny she had to get into an apartment and now that she has it she doesn't know how she is going to pay her rent for the month of december. she works a job during the week when she is able to get a babysitter for her youngest and then on the weekends for works a differant job. She deserves a break, she is so down she feels as if there is no help out here for her. she is only 25 and she tries so hard for her kids, so can someone out here help her & the kids?

I'm new to having sex, pretty new. I've done it a few times with my boyfriend. He wasn't a virgin when we started dating, so he's more expierienced.. but he said that i'm weird and i don't do what normal girls do. I don't moan or anything. I mean sometimes it feels good. but a lot of the time i can hardly feel anything.. am i doing something wrong? i don't understand.

sorry, I posted this in another section but I really need an answer because I'm supposed to see my boyfriend tonight and I want to know if I should confront him...

I never wanted to be a jealous girlfriend, but every person I’ve told this too seems to think he’s being unfaithful. In order to know why I’m suspicious, you should know he cheated on me this past summer and called me by another girl’s name while we were having sex. So, bearing that in mind…
There’s this girl who’s “friends” with my boyfriend. It started out that she would just call him and talk to him about her relationship problems but it’s been slowly escalating. She works at a food store and is always giving him free food so he’ll come visit (he has new BAGS of it every time I go to his house). Slowly, I started to notice that she’s usually twirling her hair, talking in a really girly voice and openly flirting with him even when I’m in the store with him (against my will, of course). Neither of them seem to notice or care that I’m in the same room. She calls him by his nickname and they’re always talking to each other when we’re out in a group.
Since she doesn’t make enough money (she rents out an apartment by herself…) he will randomly let her work with him while he valets, sometimes neglecting previous plans we’ve made. She doesn’t own her own car so he drives her to and from work (way out of the way) and since he valets he often doesn’t get home until past 3:00 in the morning. This guy I’m friends with who works at the place he valets at referred to her as “that girl he keeps f***ing around with”. And just yesterday he didn’t call me all day or answer my text message during his lunch hour. When I called him last night he was at a concert with her and “a few of their friends”.
There’s been other inklings too (I‘ve been reading up on this). He doesn’t answer his phone calls when I’m with him, he always takes a shower when he comes home, and he isn’t up for sex like a 20-something male should be. Am I just being a crazy girlfriend… or is he cheating?

Many women nowadays feel that Men who want to have a "submissive" wife is "insecure" and can't handle "strong" women blah..blah.. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Ladies(and Gents) please tell me, what's wrong with wanting to have a "submissive" wife? If I get married one day I want to have a "submissive" wife because I want my woman feminine, loving and attractive.

Girls and Guys-
Have you ever liked somebody who is really, really popular? How did it turn out? I like a guy who is really popular, and I just want to see if anyone has any stories of actually winning over a guy (or girl) who was really popular. I have a feeling he won't like me, but I don't know...

My boyfriend is Catholic, and when I aked him if he wanted to kiss me, he sid "he couldn't". He told me he loved the day before, so it can't be a possiblity that he doesn't like me. I just want to know because we need to get our relationship moving faster, but not too fast. I really love him and want to do more than kiss with him. My family is not religious, so that couldn't be an obstacle either. Help!

I am 24 years old and have never had a boyfriend, although I have had a number of one night stands. I am attractive and confident in all aspects of my life apart from dating. I find forging relationships with the opposite sex stressful and awkward. I have never managed more than 2 dates with the same person as I get repulsed by the thought of someone likeing me. The thing is that I love the idea of having a boyfriend but in reality I can't because of my phobia, Is there anyone who can relate to this or overcome it? I feel like a total crazy! Any help would be much appreciated.

I seem to be getting conflicting answers via google. One article even seemed to be saying the best man pays for all the tux's. Another says he just pays for his own. What's going on out there in the real world and what is your experience?

We are taking a short day trip tomorrow to an art museum in the next state (his idea). For the trip, I bought a CD by his favorite band that was just released this week. I am planning on popping it in the player after we leave the city limits, and ask him how he likes his present. :-)

Any other ideas for a fun trip? We are going to come home the same day.

I met someone a few years ago online dating... Before we met lots of emails, seemed to be going well -- when we met for the first time he told me after that he knew I was not destined to be a long term relationship... We had a short relationship & a 3 year close friendship... the sex ended, but the friendship grew into love on both our parts - but he remained at the end of it ( after he deserted me when times got tough) saying... I toldyou from the beginning that we were not destined for a long term relationship.

I guess trust, respect, caring, and all of those things don't count as a relationship? He had sexual problems - he told me later - He is with someone now for 1 yr... I remained his trusted friend &would never hurt him.. I trusted him with my heart and always beleived he would never hurt me ... I was wrong to think we would work out all the sex stuff- because the rest was so strong?
Can it be that once someone has made up there mind before know you that is it? Please help!
