I would not like to be in a relationship with a girl taller than myself. When I see a couple where the guy is shorter I always chuckle just because it looks funny to me and is unusual.
I seem to pity the guy and not the girl. I don't see anything wrong with a women being attracted to a shorter guy, but for a guy to like a taller women makes me question his manliness. Some guys don't care about being respected by other men, if this seems like the guy you are falling for then go for it.
You should not care unless he cares. If he can handle it then you will be fine.

I currently have a crush(I'm 17) on a guy that is shorter than me also...but I learned that if you REALLY like a guy, then what he looks like shouldn't matter to you. Others might talk, but in the end...at least YOU ARE the one thats happy. Not them.
If he's nice and you're falling in love with him, there shouldn't be a problem.
Go for it! Life's too short to dwell on STUPID things the media leads us to believe is wrong.

you should not care, but with an honest opinion i am telling you that you will look weird, imagine when you wear hills to a party or something, you will look even taller that you are now..so it kinda looks weird. But then again look at Tome Cruise and Katie Holmes, they look cute.....if you will be with this man all yorlife you would have a problem with his weight....if you really would not care you wouldn't even ask the question here now. So it is allready affecting you!!! any way! good luck

I don't see a problem, in most of my relationships the guy was shorter, so don't worry about it.

I don't think it's too odd - then again, that may be my inner hope speaking. I'm 6'0" so highschool dating hasn't really been my thing, ha.
If he doesn't care and you don't care, why should it matter?

I dont think you should care. If you are falling in love, it doesnt matter with whom, as long as you love them. As long as you love them, it doesnt matter what other people think.
