I read that during the holidays, people should not search for a romantic partner because people looking have a tendancy to be lonely and vunerable. Do you agree?

Been going through a weird break-up with a girlfriend of almost 3 years. She ended the relationship, but sure doesnt act like it. She talks to me everyday, and whenever were out somewhere together she gets pretty hands on with physical contact, with poking, tickling, lil small kicks here and there, and even laying on me in the car. She's 22 and I'm 20 and this doesn't make sense. She knows my dying love for her, but she says its too late I'm not going to get another chance. The reason we broke-up was I didnt show her any attention in the relationship and I feel so horrible about it now. I'm starting to make some changes and even last night she said she's noticed some, but that it doesn't mean I get another chance. However, the phone calls, and text messages everyday are all started on her end, the same with the flirting and the physical contact. I really dont believe her words that we won't get back together, because to me her actions are way too strong. Would u believe her?

i don't think i do that... or maybe it's subconscious or something =D
reason for the question isn't my own relationship or anything, just that i read a lot of answers here from guys who tell girls to stop playing mind tricks on their guy.

so... what's your take on all this?
thanks! =)

My husband is a 29 year old only child and is a mama’s boy to the heart. She still treats him like a newborn baby and it disgusts me. He requires a lot of attention and he expects me to treat him like she would. Anytime he has been sick I have been there for him and wait on him hand and foot. But sometimes I feel as if he goes overboard and takes advantage of the situation. He will turn minor symptoms into a huge illness. The congestion and sore throat started on Saturday and he whined all day Saturday and Sunday. He likes to whine about things but doesn’t want to do anything to alleviate the symptoms. He finally took some medicine and when I got home from church yesterday, of course after he had talked to mama (which is what he calls her), he said she suggested he go to the ER. He has had no fever the entire time, he said he didn’t have any body aches or anything. The only thing that was wrong was he had a sore throat and congestion.

I lost my virginity last week. I met a guy and we really hit it off and ended up having sex. It wasn't planned and we didn't use a condom (stupid I know). We got together again the next night and I had him use a condom but he said afterwards he didn't like using them so he broke up with me. I'm not sure if it was really over the condom issue or not since I also lied about my age (I'm 13 but told him I was 15) and told him the truth afterwards. I want to know why he broke up with me so I was thinking if I got on the pill he could have sex with me again without a condom like he likes and I wouldn't have to worry about getting pregnant. Then I'd know if it was the condom thing or the age thing. Should I get on the pill? And can I do it without a parent since my parents would flip if they found out I was sexually active?

It seems all you know-it-alls on the Answers board either answer "get a divorce" or "stay sexually deprived for better or worse" when questions of infidelity arise. So here's a tough one.

Say your spouse suddenly became quadriplegic? Would it be okay to have an affair then? Or should you divorce him/her and leave that person in the cold?

My husband and I split and he admitted cheating on me, and had moved in with the woman. He only lasted about 3 weeks and we reconcilled. He has since moved back with me and comitted himself to me. However, the woman keeps calling. We have changed our phone numbers but she got a hold of his work cell (His work requires him to be on 24 hour call so she could have gotten it from calling his guard shack). This is what he swears must have happened but he keeps his work cell off at home?! Do I trust him? How do I know, How can I find out? I dont want to be lied to again. His sincerity is there, but there are still questions.

we went out for a wile but we got really really serious fast. we both really young, i have just turned 20 and he is 22. we pretty much got to the point where we were a married couple, we were completely comfortable with each other and became each others best friends. we know each other better then anyone else dose and we really loved each other. but about a month ago he broke up with me cause he was confused and starting to freak out a bit. we talked about it and basicly, he feels he is too young to be married already, if we were to stay together we would finish varsity move in together and get married, he pretty much dosent want to be married at 22. if it was a few years later we would be perfect but its not. i agree we need to break up cause its not right that he feels this way. but now how do i get over him? he is the love of my life and im still going to be seeing him all the time for the next 2 yrs cause we at varsity together. how do i make sure i dont end up waiting for him?

I found 9 text messages in my husbands outbox on his cell phone talking about wanting to be with this person and saying things that were provocative. I confronted him and he said someone had hacked his phone number and he hadn't make the texts. I was not snooping, we share the phone and I know I didn't make the texts.

I am meeting my brother in law for the 1st time and my sister in law is also coming to visit for 3 to 4 days at Thanksgiving. They are staying with us.
Any ideas for entertaining them or keeping conversation going? I have never met them before, I have talked with her a lot but never this much time. I am a little nervous.
Any advice from people who have been there!!
Thank you and Happy Thanksgiving.

I want to know if I'm being unreasonable, do I have a right to be UPSET? WHAT Should I do the next time? The Story: Yesterday by b/f and I were @ his mom's house. She is elderly and needed some assistance with cleaning and such. I voluteered to assist her a few days prior (with the cleaning) NOT NECESSARILY THE MOVING OF FURNITURE (but i did not mind) anyway- we show up & my b/f leaves and goes to talk to a neighbor- (which is fine) however He does walk back in & his mother (who still cares for him (cooks, cleans etc. @ HIS AGE OF 34) Until I met him- she still DID ALL this stuff for him... He's NEVER BEEN MARRIED! he walks in & his mother ask him to prepare a mop bucket, so he does! & brings it to us- WE NEED HELP MOVING HEAVY FURNITURE- and notice another (1) of the neighbors/friends pull up-he walks out to speak 2 him and I say (as he was leaving) WE Will need you in 5 minutes. 1hr and 38 minutes later AFTER I do EVERYTHING MYSELF & READY 2 go Home- HE DON"T KNOW WHY I"M MAD!!!!

I am 17 and my fiance is 20. we have a 2 month old son. Despite what you may think we are mature and responsible parents and our son is everything to us. My fiance lives with his parents right now due to family rules. Hes had a really hard time finding work. Our state is very hard to find a job in which is why alot of people work out of state. he finally got a job 2 weeks ago at walmart. he had a blood and hair drug test last week and the results arent in yet. I know he smokes pot twice in august (before we were back together)and the drug test can detect back that far. So the chance that his test could be possitive is an unfortunate reality. His mom said if its possitive she's kicking him out on the street. I couldn't let him live on the street. We were planning a wedding in May, but my mom says if that happens we should elope. I wouldn't mind but my question is what do you think we should do?

They have been together almost as long as I've been alive. They are happy together and very much in love with 4 beautifull children(all his) and are best friends, they do everything and go everywhere together. I'm not married but I have a very beautiful companion and I'm not willing to share her.

I've heard people bash this type of lifestyle and I can imagine it has its disadvantages.

her b/f of 4 years went off to FL from PA a couple of months ago to "comfort" a female friend of his who was getting divorced. he was gone for 2 months. meanwhile, i got to be aquainted with his g/f. i didn't previously know either of them. his g/f and i had a passionate one night stand. now he's back and they live together. but she's always complaining to me about how unhappy she is. she says that he'll never marry her (it's been 4 years) and he doesn't like/want kids. they have little in common or chemistry. she's on the pill & he uses condoms. i sent her romantic poetry to her email and roses at work, and she comes over a lot (w/o him knowing). and now she says she has to make a choice. she confessed that she may be pregnant w/ me, but the test showed false alarm. she no longer has sex w/ him and took off this whole week end to "think things over". her b/f knows she's cheating but doesn't know it's me. her desicion will be made today, but she told her b/f she won't be back till tues

how many wear your wedding rings?

I have a habit of not b/c I'm not a jewlery person (no bracelets, necklaces etc). But I try real hard to wear it b/c of the stignma that it looks like you don't want to be married if you don't wear it.
