My mom's side of the family got mostly greedy people. My relatives in the past have wronged my family so much when I was little. They worked together to make my mom cry, kicked my family out of their home, and much more. My mom's siblings all mistreated me and my siblings such as beat us when we were little, now they are afraid of me. Last year they brought nothing over and just ate. Some ate early and did not even bother to wait for my other relatives... When some people got here some food was all gone...

Besides they my grandma's house is much bigger yet they don't wanna have the feast there... My house is so much smaller, they just wanna mess up my family's home and not theirs'. I just want a Thanksgiving with only my family. Whatd o you think?

My husband and I have been married for nearly fifteen years, and have two kids. The last few years our intimacy, physical and emotional, has taken a nosedive. For a while there were family issues which has caused us to focus on other demands, but as that situation has eased up, I am finding that we are continuing to drift apart. We hardly ever touch, rarely have sex, or exchange verbal affection. I know he would like sex more often, but one thing that bothers me is that he has a daily Internet porn habit and that partly turns me off.

But even more than this, is the fact that for a long time he has felt more like a brother to me than a romantic partner. I care for him deeply but the idea of being romantic with him feels weird. On the other hand, we rarely argue, and the relationship is low-conflict. We get along comfortably, are reasonably pleasant to each other, and that is pretty much it.

I want more but feel stuck... how to proceed?

I met the love of my life over 2 years ago . After dating a few months I discovered he was having an 'online affair' . I was pretty devastated and left town for a few weeks . On my return he told me it was over with the other woman - they never actaully met - and he wanted me to move in with him . So I did . And its been incredible . We have the kind of relationship everyone wants - love , affection , so much fun , incredible sex etc etc . We havent talked of marriage but we've both said that we want to be together for the rest of our lives . I was completely devastated and shocked to find out , last week , that he has been in touch with this woman again for about 4 months - emails , calls , her sending nasty phots etc . I have my heart so invested in this man and he now swears it REALLY is over . I thought he had more sense - for all he knows this woman isnt even who she claims to be . I am at a loss of what to do . My mind and logic says leave - my heart is having a harder time .

there was a one week trip we are going in our school so i decided to go but none of my friend go. so when we get there we are told to be in four, beacuse we are going to be four in a room. so i dont see anyboby to go with none of my friends go so has i was looking around i see a group of three girls, and i decide to sleep in their room, so that when the problem start two of those girls started to steel my things i report them and i say i want to change my room because they have steel alot of my things, so there was a black big bag in the toilet and i think the bag is a dustin bin so i use to shup my dirty things there, like pad,but i didnt know when we are about to leave the place she now cheak the bag and found all this things, i was surprise to know the bag was the bag she put her dirty clothes, she pour all those things in the floor and ask who put it there i say is not me, before i can say anything she showed it to all her friend , so when we get to school she spread the news.

Well I've been dating my girlfriend on and off for four years. This last time we've been together, we really decided that it is true love. She was a virgin throughout the time we were dating. And I was talking to her about that, and she replied that she wasn't anymore. I was very confused, because she had seriously always told me that she wanted me to be her first. She then told me how her boyfriend she had while we were on a break made her have sex. She said she told him she didn't want too. They ended up having sex after she said she didn't want too. She said she didn't yell or anything because she didn't want her parents to find out. I feel horrible about this, I really love this girl. I feel like I should've been there for her and I wasn't. Here's the situation: there is a guy I work with who has invited me to his home on several occasions. He is generally friendly with most people around him. He seems genuinely enthusiastic about hanging out, but he seems to have a better rapport with other women that work there. I really can't figure out why he's asking me over - he barely talks to me when we're one-on-one, only in groups do we have a real conversation. Is he just looking for some you-know-what? WHY do people stay in relationships with Cheating, violence, neglect and question themselves? Especially if you aren't happy and need to ask someone else's opinion and yet you KNOW you are going to stay with that person.. what is your hang up about moving on? What comfort is there in an unhappy, immature relationship, over choosing to be happy being single? At least if you are single & have your pride.. there is potential to BE happy with yourself, instead of being STUCK unhappy with 'them'!?!?

Just saw this on another Q & A site, I didn't answer it, but for real....My X hangs up on me all the time FOR NO REASON....and is ALWAYS on the phone when my Babes want to try to talk to him, he is SO RUDE to them, (they are 8 and 10) Even in restaruants, he had that danged phone!!
We NEVER EVER had "US" time and this is their biggest complaint to me , that daddy NEVER "listens". he just talks talks talks talks talks even in the store. :( thats so sad!!
Then when i tell him "like we discussed" he SWEARS i didnt tell him that!" What to do?? He will never change! How to bring this up in court? The court is always on HIS side, politics, money, and his family owns half the county...All i really want to do is give my babes a fighting chance with their daddy. They just want his ATTENTION!!! advice , anyone???

I fell in love with my girlfriend, and I thought she was in love with me until today. Everything was great a week ago. Everything that's happened led me to believe she wanted to be committed. She had quit her job, and applied for an internship, but she found out this week that they didn't accept her. So she's been depressed, says her life has no direction, etc... And today she said she didn't know if she loved me or not. I sense that she wants to let me go. She says she's not used to having a "good" relationship and has never been in love before (she's 27, I'm suprised at that), used to being single (even though she hated it), so she doesn't know what she feels. I understand she's unsure with her life, but I don't know why that extends to our relationship. I've only tried to support her and be there for her.

I don't know what to do. I don't want to break up, neither of us did anything wrong. I love her, but now I'm not sure if she loves me back. It's driving me crazy.

I can not explain why he keep silent for so long. After many words of love. He suddenly stop sending me message and calling me. I know he is still there, living his life as usual...
