okay if you are married and u tell ur husband u like "bob" and bob likes you and u and bob go out and u tell ur husband dat u dont even like him and only is staying with him cause of the kids and u and bob go out once everyother week is dat still cheating?

Okay, weather your hubby know or not, you ARE cheating. Cheating is defined as carrying on a realtionship with someone else that is more than friends. Kissing is cheating. Sex is cheating. Gropping is cheating. Be fair to the kids and to hubby, even if he allows it, and cut hubby or bob off. Good luck and God bless you and yours.

CHEATING is cheating. It's just that the person who is cheating doesn't respect her husband and he is a "shmatah" (wash-rag) about it, so she is sure she will get away with it. Why don't you put it to your mom -- " Ma, what lesson do you think you are teaching your kids by getting laid by Bob, or do you really care?"
BTW, the word for "THAT" is not spelled "dat". People with poor spelling skills grow up to have poor employment skills, so try a little harder to use something that better resembles English.

Cheating, how about you understanding what being married is? Just because you have a friend that you go out with is not cheating but you are not acting like a married woman. Married women do not go out with other men alone and I don't care what kind of friend they are. Respect your marriage please and your husband!

Yes, it is cheating. The fact that your husband knows about it does not change the fact. If you husband is ok with that, then good for you. But it is still cheating, only with no down-side.

I don't know if i would call it cheating just because the husband is fully aware of the situation but it is defiantly an adultery and adultery is definitely wrong

Cheating is more than sex. It seems your mother is looking to someone else for all her needs, except sexual, at this stage. This is itself a transgression in the marriage.
