In 1986 Marty Huber of Colorado came to Winfield, KS to take paramedic training. He was a medical missionary with Youth With A Mission and worked in the Philippines. He had spent time in Hawaii with YWAM. I don't kow if he came back to the US at all. I have two other friends who'd like to find him and reunite. I contacted YWAM in the past, and had no luck.

My daughter is 22, still lives at home, and works a fulltime job making barely above min. wage. She is a very loving daughter and usually a great joy. However, last fall after we paid her college tuition, bought her expensive books and had shelled out several thousand dollars in all for her to go to school, we found out that she had not gone to classes and received 's F in all 4 classes (12 hrs) and lied about it the whole time. Her Dad and I went ballastic. We were heart broken by her actions ie. lieing to us, etc. We set our foots down, but alllowed her to re-enroll thinking she had learned her lesson and we all make mistakes. She has to make payments to repay us the money she blew. She assured us she was serious about school and would never repeat those mistakes. Guess what, she did it. I found out today she had withdrawn from all her classes. And been lieing again about her grades! Her health ins. cov. under us is in jeporady, her future, etc.. We love her but r sick what to do?

I'm an absolute idiot for getting emotionally involved with a married man, but I am in this deep!! I am married too. He is my ex from many years ago. We e-mail each other a few times each week, but lately his e-mails have been coming less often. Is this a sign that he wants this to end? I hope it just means that he's been busy with work because I would be just devastated if this ends. I love him so much. It's making me crazy not seeing his name in my inbox.

My boyfriend, whom i do love very much, and I are in our third month of our relationship. I promised my parents I wouldn't do anything in the way of sex until i was old enough to care for a child on my own, and I am only 15. I don't want to betray my parents, but my boyfriend is pressuring me and I don't know how to handle it.
Also I'm moving in a month, halfway across the world, an I won't see him till summer. So, I also feel like i should just as a sealing sort of thing, to prove that i really do love him with all my heart, and that I won't do anything in my new location to disprove that.

I'm 24 years old and I made the mistake of starting to get to know this really beautiful asian woman. It turns out that she's 25 and Vietnamese. I also work in the same office building as her.

Anyway, I started making some basic dating moves. Over the last couple weeks, we've talked with each other on the phone a couple times and I recently learned she was born in Vietnam, came to America at 19, she has 3 siblings, and lives with her family...

My hope was to date her like a casual American woman, but I know that Asian families are very strict and traditional. I'm not looking for marriage anytime soon. However, casual dating is strongly frowned upon traditionally unless it is specifially meant for marriage...

I know I'm not ready for marriage for at least a few more years.


So what should I do?

Is it ok to have three children in the bridal party but have an adult reception only? Those children will be there.
One is 9 the others are 7 and 3.

I had a friend tell me it was incredibly rude to make it adult only reception (she's got three children) if i'm having three children in my bridal party.

ok im grounded because i have bad grades and i have so called "no respect" but i try very hard in school but ive never been the smartest kid. and my mom always! uses the excuse that i have no respect and not acceptable grades for the reason i cant do anything with friends. i have like no social life and she exspects me to be the nicest kid when the only time i get out is for school. what can i do to make her understand i want to spend time with my gf and friends outside of school and i try in school and when i bring these things up she always feels the need to yell about everything then i yell back and i get in trouble.

My husband is stubborn and selfish. He refuses counseling, saying "No one is going to change me". He has a lot of anger issues because his father used to beat him up when he was little. He also has an eating problem, meaning he will stuff himself full of food whenever he feels insecure of afraid. He gets fatter and fatter. He only wants to watch TV, eat and play video games. He never goes out with me or talks to me, yet when I suggest separating, he says he'd rather see me dead. What advice does anyone have on what to do? I am sick of it. Maybe I'm just being over-protective or maybe not. Over a year ago my daughter and the neighbor boy fell for each other and I found out that everyone was hiding it from me including my wife. Thank God my 8 y/o son told me. When I asked why nobody told me about it they replied that I would have freaked out about it. Well I did'nt freak out about it but I was so upset that all of them kept it from me. Now at the time my wife and I were having problems in our marraige and I was staying back and forth at from my mom's and our house while we worked things out between us. So I gathered everyone together ( his parents, my wife and daughter, and this boy) and i expressed to them that I wanted it to end and I explained to them why I, as her father, feel this way. I knew that one day this boy would be 18 and my daughter just turning 15. Now, this boy is not a bad kid and he does'nt get into trouble. He works and is active in ROTC and school activities as well....BUT.........there... more!!

Well first of all I left the US to marry my british Husband. And I left EVERYTHING behind. So I get here and the second I'm able to get a job he starts badgering me about it. All I hear is have you put your cv in here here or there? Well I find this job I really liked that had a prospect of sending me to college to be a forensic nurse... Well he didn't want that. All I heard was its a **** job, it doesn't pay good blah blah. So I turned down the job I really wanted and then another I wanted because I thought I'd compromise. Well I got a job interview to be a secretary just like he wanted and he gets home and I'm soo excited. And I tell him and he sneers at me "well I wouldn't get too excited" ...

And I just feel like I've given everything I have and for what? There's nothing else left ... I'm absolutely hurt and I don't know what to do ... I want to leave but I have no where to go so thats useless ... I just dunno what to do anymore. Nothing seems to be good enough.

I see a lot of cute boys who are with slutty girls or nerdy girls... but they don't give me a chance... When I go out, they always stare at me up and down, some have the courage to compliment me saying I look pretty/beautiful, but they would quickly leave after... and would do some other weird things... There's no boys who approach me... at all... I wear fancy clothes, jeans and heels. I'm really nice and I don't get mean at people even if the person's not my type, I wouldn't embarrass them like a lot of girls do. But they never give me a chance... I live in NYC and I'm 18... I'm a single woman who attend church faithly. I find myself wanting to be with this man. He does;t know this, I'm at the point that I'm wanting to let him know and relocating to a new church. Hi. I am married, 3 kids, and lost a son a few months ago. I have a psychotic sister-in-law who follows me around online i made the mistake a few months ago and told her where i used to post and she read my posts and rang up and shouted at me. they were about how upset i was when i lost the baby and how sad i feel when i see other pregnant relatives, she said i had no right to feel this way and needed anti-depressants. i told her to go jump and my hubby (her brother) was with me. She had a go at my kids (unprovoked) swore at me and said she's hated me for 5 years. Now I want nothing to do with her but hubby wants me to befriend her (i tried once already and got sworn at) so i decided no, i don't want to know her as she is a psycho. hubby's upset and I got blamed. she used my dead baby to get at me, hates me & the kids i want nothing to do with her. she is nasty, i hate being in the same room as her she is opinionated, rude and won't listen to anyone how else should deal with her

There's this history teacher I have and he's young, attractive and really easy to talk to.Everyone who has him loves him.
But he makes me feel uncomfortable.
He comments on my clothes, and how they make him wish he " was 15 again" I didn't know what to say to that...
He massages my shoulders when he stands behind me..
one day he pulled up a chair and sat next to me to talk about a test and the whole time he rested his hand on my upper inner thigh.
He always asks if I want to hang out sometime on the weekend..
I dont know if it's just me, or if he is really being too touchy feely. What should i do?
