Natural or surgically enhanced??

Natural is great, but enhanced is great, oh well, I just love em all! As long as they don't look like a 12 year old boys!!

Surgically enhanced if it's a man (most aren't endowed like my hubby) and natural for women because women look so unnatural with the fake ones!

Unless a woman is as flat chested as a board, I prefer natural all the way.
