oK, I'm gonna post a question similar to this later, so I'll help here. If you want to ask out a girl, you should get to be her friend first, if your already there, casually ask her to go some where like, "Hey, if your not busy after school (work), do you wanna go to the bookstore (somewhere where you actually want need to go)?" then when your done shopping, offer to buy her a pretzel (or if she cautious about her weight) go to a pizza parlor, Every one loves pizza and if she don't they might have a salad or something.

Find out if she likes you or is interested in you. Like asking her friends or someone else. If she does try asking her on a date. For example, I tried this.
Football Game
Me: You going to the football game?
Her: No
Me: Why don't you come with me, it will be fun.
Her: hmmm, ok then
Me: Great, see ya then
Or you can still keep talking to her. It worked for me though. And the girl I said this to, is right of now, my girlfriend. :)
But if she is not interested, I do not know. Maybe you just have to quit liking her, or get her to like you. But good luck if you try my way. Lol.

ask her if she like to go out sometime... perhaps the movies or out to eat... depending on the hobbys she enjoys
If you are too nervous to ask in person, prehaps tell her on the phone. Even text messages and emails can help if you're too nervous to ask in person!
As a girl, I like it when a guy ask, "can I take you out sometime?" makes me feel special as if he's there for me when I am ready.

Just ask! Don't beat around the bush. If you know what she likes to do you may want to suggest a specific activity. Like how would you like to go see a movie this weekend? Good luck with your date...

Just tell her how you feel. Try and bring it up in a conversation. The answer is going to be either a yes or no. Don't stress about it because if you do your just going to chicken out.

Hey Ned,
Okay. First, talk to her and complement her on her hair, eyes, ect. Mainly make friends with her.
Then take her to a pretty place (beach, park, a nice, quiet place) and ask her out. Make it *romantic*.
Or just go simpily to her and ask her to go somewhere... that takes a LOT of courage though.

Study her. find out what shes into. what she likes, Base your strategy on that. Once you have a feel for the type of girl she is . YOul know how to ask her out.

Depends..I'm trying to get a boy to ask me out..but you can talk about where she would like to go..some romantic place..Like a movie or a fancy restaurant.,ask her out and be calm!Girls hate nervous boys..and tell her how you feel..
