My family has rejected me , my sister mother & family because my father went into the military. My grandfather was also in the military. And also my mother used to clean apartment buildings.
They torment me about her cleaning the toilet.they are drunks and drug addicts and also very greedy. They get in my face & harass me and tell me I won't be anything. They snatch me up from behind and pull out the tag on my shirt and tell me it's cheap. My grandmother spent my dads inheritence. She's a drunk. They are very cruel to me. I don't need them and they've always tried to make me turn on my dad.

Over the years, my uncle (dad's brother) and his wife have borrowed about $30,000 from my mom and dad. They never attempted to pay back a cent, but apparently they are making enough to buy two pianos (one for each of their kids) and expensive video games for their son.

Now my sister went and stole an expensive purse (a gift) from my cousin's room, and my cousin wants it back and is fighting for it. But my mom is letting my sister get away with it. Her justification is that my aunt and uncle borrowed so much money from her and my dad that they shouldn't be letting their daughter attack her daughter over this. She says she's being a "wise grownup" about this (her words!). (by the way, I'm a legal adult)

Isn't that reasoning screwed up? She didn't even sound certain of herself when she said all this, she kept stuttering.

My husband invited me to a dinner after a golf tournament that he was in. I made babysitting arrangements for the kids and got ready. He called me and asked me to hurry and come. So I arrive at the dinner, and they are still giving out awards. I wait until that is finished and go up to my husband and he says he is ready to go. I said I just got here and I thought we were having dinner together. He said he felt uncomfortable there and just wanted to go home. So since I drove myself, we both left separately. When we got home he didn't seem concerned that I had made arrangements to have a night out with him and was looking forward to it, and hadn't eaten yet. I spent extra time getting ready and all for nothing. He made no attempts to make it up, just tuned me out. So what to do, Im tired of arguing about something that should be pretty clear. How would you handle this?

My wedding is fall of next year. Is it because my wedding is so far off that she doesn't pay attention to us? Am I being unreasonable asking her to answer/acknowledge my questions in reasonable time, like a week? I talked to her twice in the past month and she was supposed to send me various items a few days after that call and two weeks later I have not one email from her. Not even a call. So my boyfriend and I have been dating for five years and we have talked about getting married when we first met but I still don't have that commitment from him. I have been lately feeling depressed and lonely. I sort of ditched my friend for these other girls, they're more interesting, less annoying.
