My family has rejected me , my sister mother & family because my father went into the military. My grandfather was also in the military. And also my mother used to clean apartment buildings.
They torment me about her cleaning the toilet.they are drunks and drug addicts and also very greedy. They get in my face & harass me and tell me I won't be anything. They snatch me up from behind and pull out the tag on my shirt and tell me it's cheap. My grandmother spent my dads inheritence. She's a drunk. They are very cruel to me. I don't need them and they've always tried to make me turn on my dad.

What's wrong with having been in the military? My dad went through med. school on the VA Bill.
What's wrong with honest work to earn a living?
What's wrong with living within your means?
Are you an adult? If so, get the heck out of there!
You don't have to take any disrespect from these scummies!
For a lot of people, their family is their first set of obstacles to overcome.

Unless you are a very young child, I can not imagine why you stay with them. Don't ever turn on your Dad. Going into the military is a very brave thing for him to do.You should try very hard to help your Mother in every way possible. She really needs you with your Dad away.
