yes, yes, yes! we always have to do the work. It is nice and flattering to see a girl eyeing us or even act like they have interest in us. A touch a smile is all that's needed.

it depends on what kind of flirting. I, personally, don't like girls who flirt with me and have an obvious obsession with me, that scares me. Instead, I like the subtle flirter. Basically, talking with me, scarce sompliments exchanged, and discussing unimporant matters. Basically, bullshitting, only in a cool way.
