HAHA. thats funnyy i got asked that question lik 5 times today lol rofl. well anyway your friend should just flirt with the guy alot, look nice when she sees him, be really nice, ask for hugs, just be like "im so tired i need a hug." lol always works hahaha(:
lol i also think your "best friend" is you(: and so also you cant always get every guy you want some guys it just doesnt work. you cant force them to lol.

Have things in common with him, but don't force it or it won't look natural. Also, don't push the situation or his feeling so fast because he needs time to understand what she is doing and make up his decision of whether he likes her or not. I've also noticed that if you don't force a person to do something, they usually will listen to you and do what you wanted them to do in the first place. Tell your friend good luck.

Well, it depends on the situation.
If the guy is friends with her, and she is able to really buddy up with him and spend time, then there could be a chance of him growing to like her. Liking someone usually comes natural, and if it dosn't, then it goes one of two ways; Someone grows to like someone else, or dosn't.

Simple answer, you can't make someone like you. They either like you or they don't. Find you someone that like you. You can't win anyone over no matter what you do. If it's not there, it's not there.

Hey, sorry, but they either like you or they don't. I doubt there is anything specific your friend can do to "win him over."
Maybe if she will settle for a friendship with him for now, it might grow into something more eventually. ;-)
