My mom is always trying to please people. She likes to portray herself as a victim, she repeats the same stories to every single person that she meets. The accidents, her injuries, her sicknesses, everything! she needs constant attention or pity... or maybe she just needs to make people sympathize with her. She exaggerates stories to the point where she's making up a new one. Basically she is just like that and more...but whats bothering me is that she steps on our faces just to please people. I had a bag of clothes that i was going to sell, she took the bag without telling me and she offered the clothes to one of the house guests. The other day she put all my personal stuff inside a closet because somebody was going to use my room for the weekend. I heard her tell personal stories about me and my siblings to other people just to get their attention and make them feel sorry for her.. what can i do? she is out of control!!! she acts senile when i try to confront her!!!

I don't know...but i like her for some reason.... well anyways, She acts weird when i sit next to her and her friends would ask me questions about myself... she asked what my name was, what grade i was in, etc.... but my friends told her friends and her friends told her and she smirked but i think she looked away, but after they told her she keeps looking at me and staing at me like i can see her staring at me i look back and look away and shes still starin' at me, why is that? well anyways she seems shy like if im in the path way shes walking she walks the other way? I doubt she likes me but just want to confirm it. Her friends also keep looking back at me when she talks to them sometimes.

for halloween, my friend mary (she's one of my best friends) and I are going out as some kind of sexy fairies or whatever, and my best friend maura wants me to go with her as gangsters, but i think thats stupid, so i told her i was going with mary and now she wants to come with us but i don't want her to, 'cause she's just kind of weird and annoying most of the time. i love her and all, but i just want to go with mary. how can i tell maura we don't want her to come without her getting upset? she gets upset over EVERYTHING. she gets all whiney and mad at me. how can i tell her?

I've realized that my departure from the teaching path just before my divorce left me working in jobs that don't bring me happiness.

I communicated this with my ex in a letter included with my monthly child support payment, that I will be looking for paths to get my teacher's license (including taking the GRE) and that should my income change as I seek other employment I will discuss the changes to child support with her -- and that I will NOT stop providing child support for my child.

My ex called and expressed a lot of anger. It was as if she read only the parts of the letter that she wanted to, and looked for reasons to get mad. I can understand that she may feel frustrated that I've gone from one job to another in the last 5 years (had 4 full-time and two part-time jobs), but I have not stopped paying child support. If I am working towards entering a career I WANT to do, isn't that better? Do I not deserve to do something I like for a living?

i have been accused of spouse abuse for she was interested in tryn to be with a woman sexualy. so i supported her on this i have ended up on meds that increased irritation ended up in the mental hospital. got out to be served with OP and accusations of fingering step daughter. i do not have enough space on here to put everything on here

being apathetic is worse than being unintelligent. And then he calls himself a narcissistic, selfish, and generally a prick. I don't understand this guy at all. He seems to be a jerk. He's nice one minute, then the next, he's a jerk. What do I do, and what's his deal? Please help.

My ex and I split almost two years ago after a fairly long releationship. Other than to followup with her about financial matters that needed to be resolved - I have pretty much left her alone.

The last time we talked (via email), she told me she was moving into a new house and had a new boyfriend. To me... I figured whatever chance I thought I might have ever had of getting back with her, at this point was now gone. (Yes, I still have very strong feelings for her).

So... just out of the blue... she's emailed me a couple of times, in the last month, just to say "Hi" and ask how my family is and how I am doing in school? (and she never signs it....)

She's freaking me out because I don't know if she is interested in rekindling the old flame or just being nice.

I've played all of the "what if?" games in my head a million times, but I still come full circle to the belief that if she was truly happy... why would she even bother with staying in contact with me?

Some of my lady co-workers tell me to just answer her questions and don't add anything. That way (supposedly) I'll know if she's just fishing, or really serious. (which I have done) But, there's that part of me that wants to send an email back and just ask her how she is and what's going on in her life. But on the other hand, I don't want to appear to her as needy and give her the impression that "Oh yea, I could get him back anytime"

So ladies... what do you think I should do?

is it alright to cut communication from your family. I have been living alone for about 4 years now and have been doing fine. my family doesnt exactly do well but they aren't exactly poor either. they just do ok. for most of my life i had to pay for my own clothing or use the ones that were given or donated to me, i only had lunches in school if i had the money to pay for one and same back home. when i was still in the womb my mother had tried to have me aborted while she was in her third trimester but the poison (yes they actually use poison) they used failed (it was back in russia) cause it was too old and I was still born. For the first three years of my life i was taken care at the hospital then transfered into a foster home cause my mother and father didnt want to see me until government finally forced them to take care of me. i have lived and took care of my self most of the time or someone like a neighbor or a friend would take partial care of me. do i have the right to cut com

my ex kept making allegations against me after 26 times down the stn and being nfa,d (no further actioned)by the police she managed to send me to prison , whilst inside she voluntarily gave the kids away, she is now with her new partner, so when i was released from prison i found out frm a 3rd party about the children , now i have a meeting with the social services tomorrow but i think the social services think i am a bad person but i am not , and b4 any one asks , what are my chances of getting the children back and what shall i expect at this meeting tomorrow, i know i don,t have any rights as fathers usually don,t, she gave them in volunrarily , nd keeps saying she neeeds space .. i just want the kids back she can move on ......... advice plz help!

Naturally he spends more time with his officemates..(works 8hrs a day).. But I get pissed off when he still hangs out with them after work.And not just with guy friends but girls from work too. They go out as a group. Before, it was fine with me when they hang out but there was a time when he went home very late.Since then, I get irritated every time he tells me he's going out with them...There's no particular person involve but I dont like the thought that he spends more time with his girl friends than me... Should I get jealous with the time he's giving his officemates?!

My fiance's ex wife invited him to her apartment for their daughters 17th b-day party, and he went (I was not invited). they met at a resturant to decide what graduation pictures,"THEY" were going to order. and whenever something goes wrong with her vehicle he fixes it for her at a friends house with her there???? last but not least on his last cell phone bill there were a few 25 min long phone calls to his ex's cell #.. I am divorced myself with a child, and we sure don't have this bond going on. Is this the way divorce is suppose to be, and did I do the wrong thing kicking him out???

Ok i want to be a pharmacist or surgeon. Every second he nags me about the pros of being a doctor ( to be more specific a Physician!! i hate physicians..ugh). I dont give a **** I want to become either a surgeon or pharmacist. He lists the pros over and over again. He says doctors are the best and they have the most relaxing job and make the most money. His nagging is getting to me!!!! Now im having doubts about being a pharm./surgeon. And he also says that I should make my own office because the bosses will try and fire people under them. makes no sense!!! he doesnt get that i dont WANT to be a stupid physician..advice please!!
