It all depends..
The fact the value things is nice…They are faithful. But good girls need lots attention all the time. They want things to be perfect. If one thing goes wrong, that is when the problem starts. They can be little boring sometimes.
Bad girls, they have seen it all. They know how to take of guys and they are not a problem for guys. When things go wrong, they deal with it and move on.
Mostly bad boys get good girls, and Bad girls get good guys.

I think your question is based on various false assumptions.
There is nothing 'good' about waiting until marriage to have sex. In fact, that's pretty dumb. It is not even about values, it is simply the fact that during an upbringing a child was taught a bunch of old fashioned 'family values' which they believed. They are probably naive enough to think that one day Mr. Perfect will sweep them off their feet, give them this perfect wedding day, followed by a blissful bedroom encounter that night.
This kind of fairy tale that is often taught to young girls by overly conservative and religious parents, rarely comes true. When you marry some guy you've not even lived with, you have no idea if you are truly compatible with him. So after you've been married for a while and find out all the bad stuff, including the fact you are not sexually compatible with him, then you end up getting a divorce.
Waiting until marriage before moving in together or having sex, is probably one of the biggest reasons why half of all marriages now fail in this country.
So I have to say, your so called 'good girl' lacks sensible and intelligent judgment, and is simply conforming to the ideals of her conservative upbringing. I like my women to be independent intelligent free thinkers.
So now your 'bad girl' definition is also flawed. The belief that bad girls come from a broken home is a hint of truth to it, but your premise is so incredibly judgmental and offensive. The reputation you have assigned to this group is the product of a sexist society. If the captain of the football team in high school has slept with half the cheer leading squad, he is considered a stud. If the head cheer leader has slept with half the football team, judgmental and conservative people will call her a whore or a slut. It is a double standard that is still retained in our society.
But if your definition of a bad girl is one who has had sex, a person smart enough to realize that you need to live with someone and sleep with them before you promise to spend the rest of your life with someone, then she sounds far smarter than your so called good girl.
Of course if by bad girl you are talking someone that dresses stupidly to show her 'personality' had a bunch of tattoos and piercings and steals things, then I'd not be interested.
So if my only choice was a prudish conservative with so called 'values' or a delinquent slutty girl, then I think I'd wait and see if something better came along.

1. Why can't guys have one girl who is good in public and bad when it counts?
2. Why do you assume only bad girls come from broken homes? There are some very nice parents who have rotten children. And some very nice children from broken homes.
3. Just because a girl has a reputation, doesn't mean it's true. Boys tend to lie in the locker room.
