I don't think I would fancy them anymore. How would I reply? I would run away fast. I would think they were a major loser, and not someone I would waste my precious time dating, or even talking to.

I'd say, "How nice for you." Then, ring the bell. Or, you might find out which corner he works...sounds pretty lucrative. Maybe he could use a partner.
