I really think it would just be impolite for me to ask a girl out. I'm not that attractive and I dont think anyone would go out with me. I really would like to have a girlfriend, but I just dont think its for me, I dont have the looks, I'm not the smartest or the funniest, I'm just average. I can't see why anyone would go with me.

So what do I do? I feel really embarrassed/awkward to ask a girl out. Do they expect it? Are they mean about it? I dont want to make a mistake. I'm afraid she'll say no. In fact, I know its true that she will.

Help?

I have dated several, but the one that comes to mind is the man who told me I had bad skin ( I don't by the way) and meanwhile he had this thick hair growing from his ears and he was still young. WTF>? =)

A few years ago my wife told me he called her and asked her to party when I was out of town. Another time he asked if she “wanted him for breakfast”. She said no and told me and didn’t want me involved.
Years went by he became born again. My wife hung out with them again. She stared at him in a weird way – like a girl with a crush. I asked her what is going on - she told me I’m insecure and freak out for no reason-she is not staring at him. For about a month my wife, neighbor his wife drink until late–kids running aimlessly. I hear them partying and spied a few times. Then he walked her home, I told him not to, he did anyways – so I beat him up.
A year of ignoring them went by and my wife was at their house for a few minutes. The guy handed her a note. It had a private email for her to contact him. She ripped it up and threw it away. But I found it in the trash and pieced it together. The bottom said I Love You. She said he’s crazy and she just wanted it all to go away.
It haunts me

Whenever I am around my married friends, they are always talking about how their husband(s) give them expensive gifts on special occasions like diamond rings and going away to spa getaway weekends. I'm so sick and tired of them shoving their money and material belongings in my face and making me feel bad. My husband does things for me too, but we're on a budget and can't afford to throw couple of hundred dollars here and there. Ugh... it's just so frustrating! What should I do?

I live with friends who are very good to me but one of them is very selfish. He can put you in any kind of problem for his own benefit; specially when it is monetary matter. He won't spend a penny for you but would like that you spend all for him. I am unable to speak to him on these matters neither my other friends and I come n a tough situation when he says I have forgotten money in mid market and you have to help him out. I am also in difficulty due to my nature. We can't change mess as it is tough to get rooms here.He too is caring but this problem exists with him.

I find when I'm at college that girls look at me all the time but, I never approach them. I've been told by some female friends of mine that I'm very attractive but, I intimidated them when they first met me. Once I enter a conversation with a female I have no problems carrying it on. My main problem is just walking up to women I do not know and starting a conversation after they give me the eye.

bf of 6 yrs and I were going thru his bills. We will routinely do this. Stamped sealed then went about our day. Later in the day he left to pick up his son and asked if I would straighten up house, take trash out etc. When I gathered up the trash I saw his cell phone bill was in the trash I had not remembered if he had paid that. I get the bill, the envelope was open. I looked to see if the bottim half was torn off and pd,much to my surprise there were several calls lasting 3/ 4 hrs a nit. Lasting until 2 am There were many calls at different times. Since the drive is 2 hrs to get his son I fumed for 2 hrs. When got back I asked him to explain. The story was it is a girl that he sees when he does work at her office. They evidently talk about people she talks with on the net. "No big deal" I new he worked at this office, but obviously not the whole story. He wuld call me at nite "on his way to bed" but obviously caling her. i am fuming and he thinks I am too jealous. opinions pleze

I've found it before, he said he would stop. Aparently, he didn't. What should I do? I'm 12 with divorced parents, have told my mom, and I love my dad very much. I dont want him to be taken away, but he is also an alcoholic (4 DWI's). What do I do?

if you were in a really bad situation and needed to get to another state,but had nowhere to go when you got there,except to find a shelter(after this,however,your life would turn around and you would get the help you needed and it would be a much better situation than the one your currently in

Me and this guy have been dating for a few months now. Things have been fine but he keeps kinda of pressuring me into having sex. I grew up believing I should wait till marriage.. not saying thats what I will do, but just right now I have a hard time going against that. ok now i've been his best friend forever and now we live further apart like a mile or somethin. we've had our problems when we were little and now again. he says im acting stupid when we act like that when he spends the night and stuff. i was just messing with him on myspace cause i was bored and yet he's getting pissed. we haven't called each other in a few days and he's pissing me off but i don't wanna lose him cause he's my best friend. when i say something serious like something about out friendship then he says some stuff like "i know you may be gay but im not like that" he pisses me off. and this is all on myspace. he's really changed over time though cause he's plays like runescape and diablo 2 a lot, i quit those games a while back. he cusses now, but only on computer and stuff. what do i do?

I have this stepfather. Well, I've had him for like 5 or 6 years now, but he's such a jerk! He's fat and old (15 years older than my mom) and is so annoying/embarrasing/mean/scary. I've told my mom I don't like him, but she's like my best friend and all I want is for her to be happy because she works so hard(my stepdad doesn't even have a job, he lives off her), but I just don't understand what she sees in him. This is really selfish, but he's ruining my life! My friends hate him too and don't call my house phone cause they're creeped out by him(I don't blame them) So what should I do? I don't want to make my mom unhappy, should I just forget about it and live on with my life by counting down the next 3 years until college?

this guy i've known for some time keeps touching the inside of my thighs and sliding his hand up my skirt when he forcefully sits beside on the bus.. he'll press himself against me and CONSTANTLY touches the inside of my thighs really close to my crotch! He has slid his hand up my skirt once or twice and this has been going on for like.. 2 years already! i didn't know it was sexual harassment until my friend pointed it out to me.. so yeah.. i have talked to the school counselors and the vice principle and my harasser is not to talk to me, come near me, sit with me or touch me again, they said if he does, the police will be involved. uhh.. i am scarred emotionally and mentally because of that bastard! oo and i'm ONLY 15! he is the same age as well but still, i don't like him touching me in ANY way! and at night i cry myself to sleep and i have had a dream about him raping me. my friend suggested i get a REAL counselor for this so i can talk to them personally and its not a bad idea..

My friend has never been single out of the five years I've known her. She broke up with her boyfriend to go out with my guy friend, then she broke up with him (after a very short time)to go back to her ex. Now she's single again and she says she has a crush on this other friend of her's. She always makes herself out be the victim when it comes to these situations, but I'm tired of it because she's the one that breaks their hearts.

What would you do if your mother in law keeps trying to drive you nuts? For ten years I tried to get along with my MIL until, I exploded. My husband talked to her and things got a little better for me. We don't see each other very much anymore, about once a month. But, now other people tell me about things she says about me. Do you think I should ignore the situation unless she personally tells it to my face, which she never will. Or confront her, and let her know that I know of her talking lies about me?

Guys-if a in one of your classes asked you for your screen name would you assume she liked you? This would be if you sat next to her every day and talked a little but didn't know each other too much.
