this guy i've known for some time keeps touching the inside of my thighs and sliding his hand up my skirt when he forcefully sits beside on the bus.. he'll press himself against me and CONSTANTLY touches the inside of my thighs really close to my crotch! He has slid his hand up my skirt once or twice and this has been going on for like.. 2 years already! i didn't know it was sexual harassment until my friend pointed it out to me.. so yeah.. i have talked to the school counselors and the vice principle and my harasser is not to talk to me, come near me, sit with me or touch me again, they said if he does, the police will be involved. uhh.. i am scarred emotionally and mentally because of that bastard! oo and i'm ONLY 15! he is the same age as well but still, i don't like him touching me in ANY way! and at night i cry myself to sleep and i have had a dream about him raping me. my friend suggested i get a REAL counselor for this so i can talk to them personally and its not a bad idea..

I THINK YOU SHOULD CALL THE POLICE ON THAT CREEP. LEGALLY, HE IS INAPPOPRIATELY TOUCHING A FEMALE THAT IS A MINOR. THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW IN EVERY STATE. SMARTEN UP AND REPORT THIS JERK BEFORE HE GETS MORE AGGRESSIVE.

As long as he is making you feel this way, he still has power over you. The only person that can shift that power to you is you. Learn some self defense. Doesn't have to be much. You can use a pencil. Conceal it in your pocket. The next time he touches you, stab him with it. Hit him with the corner of your notebook. Stand facing him and scream at the top of your lungs. Even if he backs off, don't stop screaming until a person of authority comes to you (bus-driver, teacher, store clerk, etc.) He has been told to stay away from you. Practice these moves so you are ready for him. Then you will find you no longer fear him and he will not make you quake. These are tactics we taught to college coeds And all use "weapons" that are legal in the school building.

Report him to the police, teachers and publish it in the local paper.
Do not be afraid to press charges against him Guys like this need to be thrown in jail.
Put everything in writing to the police, school principle and even on the Internet. Let him know what you are doing. It will be great.
Do not listen to anyone else that disagrees with me. This is the best way. Let the jerk know that he will be punished.
Let everyone in school including all the other girls that he is sexually harassing you.
Tell everyone.
DO NOT BE AFRAID!!!!!!

Here is one last thing.

i think going to counseling will help you alot. I'm am so sorry that you had to be put through that but you do need to get some help so that that situation doesn't affect your life anymore. I hope that everything turns out OK .

Tell your parents. I am sure they will do something about it. Seeing a counsellor only helps a little but when your parents are made aware of this, you can be sure they are gonna go paranoia and do everything they can to help you overcome this.
