Guys-if a in one of your classes asked you for your screen name would you assume she liked you? This would be if you sat next to her every day and talked a little but didn't know each other too much.
Because I'm thinking of asking the guy I like for his screen name but I don't know how to! And I don't want to be obvious!!

i would assume this. it would cross my mind but i kinda know how girls are. if youre a the very friendly almost outgoing type i would think its just cuz youre friendly. i fyou were the shy type i would think u liked me.
do u like him? if u want to be more casual, wait til u bring up the conversation about msn or aim or myspace or whatever. if he asks you what you did yesterday or something just be like "yeah im tired, i was up really late messaging my friends/ up really late on aim"

thats a good casual way of doing it.

You don't need his screen name to make contact with him only his email address.For some people, their screen name is kind of an "open sesame " word that opens a lot of things so its a no-no to ask for it.Since you sit next to each other, there is no reason for you also to try not to be obvious;and you do want him to know you like him ----don't you?Next time you are in school, continue your talk, then as your class ends, ask if he has a computer and if he says yes, then ask him for his address so you can email him .Be prepared to give him yours as well. Uh, if he sits next to just start talking more to him. It just might work because while most men gripe about how much women talk, we love it when they talk to us, like we're the only man in the room.

a screen-name isn't anything big, i 100% sure he wont mind and will be flattered, in the beginning of the school year i passed a little piece of papper ask for E-mail (Msn mails) and everyone signed, so im sure he wont mind.

get into a deep conversation with him ... and when class is about over say "hey, can i have ur screen name on *messenger* so we can finish this coversation !???!"
He won't even realize that you want it cause u like him !
