I have a wife of 34 yrs. and we have not even touched each other in over 4 years!!!!!! She has absolutely no use, no want and I don't think she has even a thought in her head about it! I on the other hand am still alive and looking. Unfortunately, not alot of couples or singles want anything to do with a married guy 54 yr old.

Therapy would be out, because evidently she see's no problem.

My sister and I are trying to find out if we have any legal rights to my fathers property? He died 2002 and left the property to our step mum! She has married grown up children like ourselves. There is no will, as far as we know! We would like to know if legally as his children we have any rights, if and when she dies! Any help would be really appreciated. Regards

been his for the past 8 years. She has told this 8 year old child that my husband is the father w/out doing a paternity test. 6 years ago there was a PT scheduled, but she was a no show, and now 6 years later she wants one. The reason my husband left her is b/c she was a 'walking whore'.
The DNA test was done last Thursday...do youthink my hubby is the father? I am stressing and don't wanna wait for the results, but have to.
She claims she is not out for 'child support' money. She said she has been targeting my hubby only for the past 8 years b/c he is the only one not a druggie, alcoholic, and a stable life. When she found out he was married, she was dissapointed.
What do you think in your own opinion the possibilty of him being the father? From what I said?? We have 2 kids, and he has 2 from his ex wife...and they ALL look like him. This 'other woman' sent him pictures of the child, and she looks nothing like him, but that doesn't mean anything. Yes the DNA was done.I want ur help!

if marriage was a contract, that runs for seven years and can be renewed or be called off at the end of the first seven years.

My dad is very ill with cancer. He was not the best father and absent most of our lives, my brothers don't want anything to do with him, leaving me to worry about him by myself. He is a 3 1/2 hour drive away from me. I have a family and life of my own. My dad has one friend that has been helping him. She tells me he is very sick, he doesn't remember to take his meds - making him sicker and she works at night and does what she can to help. The big issue is money...he only gets social security and his bills, rent, insurance, etc just about equal what he takes him leaving him with nothing. Does anyone have suggestions? I think he needs some type of nursing care, but do not have money to pay for it. Thank you!

My husband works 4 days & off 4 days. I asked for 1 Saturday when he is off for he & my son to help me do the fall clean-up. I wanted help cleaning the house from top to bottom (washing walls, cleaning carpets, etc) plus doing some touch-up painting. I wanted to get this done in October before the holiday & hunting season got here. I never ask for help in the house but since I am also working plus he is the one who smokes (therefore the walls get a little yellow because of it) I didn't think it would be a big deal to take one day a year to help me. How wrong I was! My hubby never helps out - even though I know he has health problems, it seems those problems do not interfer when it comes to hunting or fishing. Plus when he "helps" it is usually working on a 4-wheeler. Am I wrong to ask for help 1 day a year? I cut the grass, take out the trash, trim the trees, do all laundry & housework, cook all the meals, pack his lunch for work each day, etc. Is it asking too much to help me 1 day?

why would a man that was a good friend for years suddenly start treating me like im no one, nothing to him at all, worse than a stranger.we work together and now he will salute everyone else first bar me, little subtle things, ignoring me in favour of others etc.its like the message is..you are not important to me.this hurts cause we were mates and yes once there were feelings there but we sorted all that out and things were fine. Whats going on ?

My husband cheated on me 1998. Het met the woman in the internet through chatting. I found out that he was cheating on me 2002 when my son was 3 y/o. I forgave him trusting him that he will stop chatting through the internet. Until I found out 2006 that he was in contact still with the woman ("as friends" as he puts it) through IMs. I tried to forgive him again but this time, with the ultimatum: Never to catch him chatting again or never to chat again. Yesterday, I found out he was chatting with women again. He was saying they are just friends talking and he did not really have friends to talk to. I was hurt. He does not consider this "cheating" but for me it is. Even my son catches him chatting. I'm confused. The thought of divorce and what comes with it scares me. I'm thinking about my son. I don't know if I can still forgive him. We are not talking, and he does not want a divorce, he wants to work things out. But for me, it's still hard to trust him though I still love him. HELP!

When my 14 yr. old daugher is on the phone or computer with her boyfriend, I drop everything so I can sit by her and listen/read. I wont go out with my hubby of 20 yrs. if I know she wants her boyfriend to come over. I help her plan her week depending on what his schedule is... Hes not even good for her (he has all the lines), but I almost get depressed if she even thinks she doesnt like him anymore. How do I stop my obsessive behavior.! I think about their relationship to the point that I loose sleep if I think they arent gonna go out anymore. what is wrong with me!?

I found out my husband has two myspace profiles. The one he is open about says he's married. The second one, I just found, is set on private and his status states he's here for dating, serious relationships, networking, etc. He's done some shady things in the past and this is making me very insecure. Do you think he is up to no good? How should I confront him about this?

She is 11 years old. I have been w/my boyfriend for almost 2 years now. They seemed to be bonding quite well. However, for the past 6 months, she began to be rude. She doesn't respect him and talk back to him. He ofcourse felt bad at first, but now I can notice that its annoying him. I have talked to her on several occassions and also demanded some respect toward myself and him. Is this normal? What should I do? She was rude this weekend, and now as punishment, I blocked all her favorite tv channels for this week.

wrecks everything in your house, moved here about 6 months ago from spain, where we were for about 3 years, so had to buy all new furniture and decorate the house. our hallway had only been decorated for about 6 weeks and my husband had to repaint it yesterday because there were dirty marks all the way up where she had leant on the walls, my one leather sofa, where she sits is starting to fade because of her little accidents, and to top it all, I have had to buy a new vaccuum cleaner yesterday because she had been forcing it down to hoover instead of pressing the lever at the side, it was only 6 months old, still under guarantee, but they will say it is abuse so cant send it back. aaargh....... I know some of you will say put her in an old peoples home, but this is easier said than done, she is 80 by the way

Okay, My Grandmother gave me her engagement ring to give to my girlfroiend and soon to be fiance. The ring is very similar to what she asked specifically for. I know she will like the ring as she loves my grandma and after talking to her frinds and sister I am positive she will feel touched and honored to have the ring. Here is the problem....I wanted to get her .75 to 1.0 carat diamond. the ring my grandma gave me is a little under .5 carat. It has two very small stones onthe side of the main one. Do you think I could put two .25 carat stones on the side? Or is this impossible. Any other ideas to make the ring a little more unique for my girlfriend without completely changing or ruining the original ring? The most I can describe of the ring is that it has a platinum band, one single round diamond in a bezzled (????) setting and two very small diamonds on either side. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I drove 4 hours to visit my best friend for the weekend. During my stay i hurt her feelings with my actions.. She got into a big fight with her roommates to the point where she wants to move out of her apartment.. She had to go to class for about 5 hours and so i was left alone in her room.. Her room mates get home and i decide to go hang out with them.. My friend got furious saying how i took our friendship for granted by hanging out with them when they had just gotten into a really bad fight. she says that i was supposed to be on her side and have no excuse to hang out with them, specially when i dont even know them. i have realized i have made a mistake so i have send her 3 dozen roses. she will be receiving them tomorrow.. but i dont know if thats enough. i was thinking of driving 4 hours again and show up at her aparment with a single rose and give it to her right after she receives the 3 dozen roses and drive right back home...i want her forgiveness, shes my best friend.

if a teenager is 16, and the father is paying child support, does he have any visitation rights? the boy was living with dad and sister, but the sister became the "mommy" and very bossy. he's since gone to live with mom, who he loves, and doesn't return any of dad's phone calls. sister is gone. dad has tried everything to make amends. does dad have any rights? he just wants to see his son. misses him. doesn't want a court battle. just wondering.... what suggestions do you have?

I really need your guys opinion? What do you think would be better for my bridemaids? A nice picture frame in a bag with other goodies like Burt's Bee's and other stuff? Or a personalized jewerly box and compact?

I'm a bridesmade in my step sister's wedding. She wants everyone to wear there hair up and she's been a big bridezilla about almost everything. I have a pretty big tattoo across the very top of my back that can be covered with my hair if I wear it down. I feel uncomfortable showing my tattoo to my large extended family. I know I should have thought about that before I got it and blah blah. I feel like this is a control thing anyway. I don't know enough about weddings to know if I am being very selfish by wanting to wear it down and feel comfortable at the wedding. My only question is, should I wear it down?
