I would say that is ridiculous, couples would not be committed to each other as they should be. God joins people together when they marry and they become one flesh, until death they do part.

This is based on the study in German which they brought into parliament to debate on it. Actaully the concluded that most marriage couple faces tough challenges and most of them don't have ways out of there unhealth marriage relationship. In order to free one's self without a cause, the want it to have a maximum of seven years and if possible you can renew if you are hapily married for another seven years

I would say , if you love someone how can you put an expiration date on that love? Why should you have to re sign up for a marriage every seven years? Seems silly to me.

its up to my husband if he wants to renew because I dont want to force anyone to be with me.
