Show him you really like him and dont try to bring the children in ya too much or he'll think its because of your kids. Show him how much his family needs him. It should work.

if you r young then their are more chances of getting back because at this age little issues seems hurting more and then self esteem comes between two loving people....Go ahead talk to him that you love him noting else can bind your broken relation ship.

first of all i want you to think about why you guy broke up in the first place.if you then that factor will get in the way agian i wouldnt go for it.if you guys can get past it then fine but you guys do need to talk about it.
