Let's say you initiated the divorce. You had an affair, you got pregnant and had an abortion because you didn't know if it was your husband's. Then you are trying to trash him in court like it was all his fault. Then it's been 4 months since you left him and you're still angry. Why in the world would you still be angry at him? Considering the fact that you told him before the **** hit the fan that you would be devistated if he left you! Now also consider that your husband found all this out and has had no contact with you for those very reasons. Why would you be mad at him!?

Im talking about my ex...we broke up like a year ago...only now i found out that he had cheated on me...i dont care now, cause we are not together..but what bothers me is that he loved me so much...he was crazy about me,always gave me nice gifts, took care of me,did everything for me...i broke up with him after a year of dating cause of his drinking habits... he was so sad,he would bag me on his knees to give him another chance, he would not leave me alone...one time i agreed to go for coffee with him and he proposed to me...i said no...we remained friends, although he said that i ruined his life by leaving him ....and then now i find out he cheated....i really dont get it...how he loved me so much and cheated on me? sometimes he still calls me and talks to me...i know he still loves me...so pls explain to me what i dont get here... he was 29 at the time, very mature man...

My friend finalized her divorce 3 weeks ago. The day after it was final, she had a co worker move into her apartment and had her son start calling him Daddy. Now she says they are getting married at year's end. This is CLEARLY a rebound to me, and her family. As a friend of the famliy, how can I convince her that she needs time to heal from her failed marriage before making another mistake. She has stopped going to church and is kicking her mom out for someone she hardly knows, and I want to be there as a friend, but fear she will shut me out too. Any advice on how to get through to her before she says "I DO?"

My boyfriends sister and mom are going out of town this weekend. They have a really badold beaten up car so they will be renting a car. When they told my boyfriend that they're renting a car he volunteered to let them borrow my car for the weekend. But my car is brand new. Its a 2007 Eclipse and it has 22 crome rims.

Here's the reason why I said no, they are very careless with everything. I mean one time we loaned them our bikes and they gave them back broken and dirty and we had to spend money to get them fixed. And about 2 years ago I was lending his sister (how was 17 at the time) my 98 honda for a few days and she got chocolate milkshake all over the floor and ceiling and didn't even apologize. And she gave it back dirty and on empty.

So he says I'm over reacting about not lending them my new car. Do you think I was over reacting or would you let them borrow your brand new car?

We've been married 4 years now (no kids), and now she's all pronked off cause I took this other woman to Florida. I say she's got no right to be pronked, cause she SNOOPED where she wasn't sposed to. I can't stand snoopers, and I'm seriously thinking about leaving her. What should I do?

Like 8 months back my friend told me his sister likes me (we are both 16) and to test this theory I used to watch her from the corner of my eye and I would find that she was actually checking me out! today was the first day of school and I got a new hairstyle and everything and I noticed her checking me out more than usual. The only think is neither of us never talked to eachother, because a long time ago we used to be enemies in 6th grade, and I still think that, that memory is still affecting us talking. So how can I talk to her without feeling stupid?

My family actually wants to change the wedding location to my home town becuz it's cheaper on them, they don't have to rent hotels. But what about his family? I am a single father and I have custody of my two kids and I hate sharing pizza with them. We ordered two medium-size pizzas last time and thanks to them, I only got five slices. When I was single I use to order medium-size pizzas all for myself. I suppose I love my kids and all, but I just hate having to share with them. What am I supposed to do?

I was talking to a friend and she said that it was so hot she felt like she was taking a sauna. And we got into an argument about the right terminology to use. So my question is: Would you say I took a sauna like you would with I took a shower?

Because a sauna and a shower aren't really the same type of noun. So could you still say you "took" or would you have to say something different. Like...I "experienced" a sauna or I "went to" a sauna.

How would you phrase it when talking to friends?

The issue is state supported individuals. I need precedence to show a DHHS enforcement officer. Please, if you know of a person, for instance one shot several times by police "accidentally", possibly in more than coincidental support of a "policeman's daughter's" divorce / case of shooting of her estranged 'husband' for the insurance money, please if you know of a person "let off the hook" for child support because of bullet wounds, and post traumatic stress disorder, and Stockholm Syndrome, and Cap-grass Syndrome leading to a loss of employ-ability, especially given the automatic loss of ability to privately employ himself due to business license right forfeiture for failure to pay child support and the issue of imputed wages of over $30,000 after being plugged by cops through the head and shot in the heart by the ex's contract killer!

my boyfriend's birthday is coming up this weekend and i don't know what to get him. For my birthday he took me to a Fall Out Boy concert and then shopping in Chicago, where he got me a diamond necklace. I am only 16 years old and i don't have like millions of dollars. He is 17 so i don't if that makes any difference. I want something to top his gift but i can't think of something amazing.

when i was 14..now in my late 20's,i stole over £100 from my big sis..she found out and i blamed it on a friend, everything has been great except from my conscience,i have eaten myself up and tortured nyself everyday since...i have literally cried myself to sleep as i feel so bad,she still helps me out when times are hard and i accept her money, but i can't base my adult life on a mistake i made when i was 14..can i?...plz advice..i'm going to tell her..i'm so scared though..as she has been so generous to me..but i am truely sorry,i don't need to tell her..i am choosing to as i love and respect her and feel she has a right to know..i recently confessed to my mum and other sis who reassured me we all make mistakes when we are young, but i can't stop torturing myself, hence why i have to confess...i love her and don't want to lose her

Who are you going out with, your enemies?

2007-08-29 11:45:08 · 28 answers · asked by Fauna 5 in Singles & Dating

It would seem the general consensus is "race doesn't matter", but I've found that digging deeper into this generic answer, race does matter in the sense that some white guys are afraid of what people might think if they date a black girl. So average white girl > undeniably beautiful black girl, more or less.

Also interesting to me is that the the vast majority of rich and successful black men date white women who are I'm sorry to say out of their league in terms of looks, vapid (so it's not a personality thing), and clearly into them for the money. It's a use-use scenario. Why do you think it's a status thing to have a white girl on your arm?

So anyway back to my first question, would you react differently to a black girl flirting or asking you out than to a white girl of the same-ish physical appeal (general terms). If so, why?

Thanks!

I have been married for 15 years I was married at 18 and came from a slighty disfuntional surroundings (as most of us have, lol). My Husband works as a truck driver and is gone at least more then half the year it seems...but when I look at what we have I think "well wheres all the money your making at"?I stopped going to school to take care of our 2 children. And work a low paying job.I KNOW for a FACT he's cheated at least 2 times, so I thought If I did the same he would feel like he made me feel.StUPID! Instead I feel like a dirty whore.I want to go back to school so I can provide for our children. But because of his abusive behaviors towards me(not kids) I 'm afraid he will know I am trying to move on.He wont let me have any freinds and my family is pissed off with me for marrying him in the first place.I try and be strong for my children but because of lack of support I feel like I'm drowning and alone, you can call me a stupid loser .But I am human, not a rock...I need help

A female friend was talking about going shopping out of state, and her coworker told her of some great places to find some deals. She impulsively said she would love to go, and made plans to go this up coming weekend. She is a married woman, and the guy is single. Her husband seems to be very accomodating when it comes to her friendships with other males. But I think he really doesn't like it. Should the married woman really be planning trips with guys she barely knows ? I don't know much about the guy, but I am concerned that her behaviour is not normal. When I talk to her sometimes she tells me that she is bored with her life.
