I’m a vary guarded person I don’t trust guy’s fast{ hurt a lot in the past) How do I let my self open up more but still protract my self? How do I open up completely I’m still scared too ( I liked him for a year in he was like best friend) We've only dated 4 weeks! Is it to fast for that as well?

I went out with this girl at my work for 2 months everything was going great, but then she said she was going to go up and visit her ex-boyfriend for a day. I told her no and she went anyways and everything went downhill from there. I know she either still had feelings for her ex and cheated, but I got to the point where I cared for her so much it made me start to go crazy for awhile. She then told me that she didnt want to be in a relationship and that we can just be friends. I just feel like a idiot, b/c i saw this coming from the first time she ask me if I cared if she could go to her ex boyfriend. I should have just forgot about her even my friends told me that....but why cant I?. She then broke it off with me, i guess in the end it was the best thing to do, but I beg like a loser to give me a chance when i did nothing wrong. I accept that it wont work it just sucks b/c I thought she was something that i could invent in a relationship. I am 20 yrs old.

Is this normal?

you think the significant other is the love of your life. But it is somewhat onesided. He/she loves you a lot, but they treat you terrible. This is a person that you can revolve your life around but it is undr their control. You can definitely get treated better by someone else, but this is the first person you have ever loved, (in 45 years). Question is, do you stay and get treated not so good but you are in love, or do you leave and find a person that treats you great but you are not in love with. Thanks for your help

I had lost touch with my father who lived in dontown Manhattan for 40 years at the same building complex. Although we lost communication for many years, he was always listed in the phone book at that address. He is no longer listed and the complex could not tell me anything. He has vanished, at 80 years old, I'm thinking he either died or has been committed to an assisted living place. How can I find him or find out if he has deceased?

yeah i was rude to my sister [not gonna get into details] and my mom took away my cell phone, nintendo ds, and my ipod. it's been two days and she still won't give them back. she cracks pretty easily, but you have to say/do just the right things. any ideas?

p.s. if you're just going to tell me to respect and listen to my mother, save your typing time. i already do that it's just that i've learned my lesson and i just want my stuff back.

My life sucks. im 14 and i still havent had a boyfriend so i feel like im just crushing everything out on a semi-celebrity which hurts, and i feel ugly even though my friends say im not, but they are just saying that to make me feel better

I have been engaged for 2 months now. Everything is great, we have moved in & glad that we are starting our lives together. But my fiance wants to have a baby before our wedding date. We set our wedding date for June 2009. I agreed to have a baby before our wedding but now I am having 2nd thoughts. Not sure if this is the best idea. Okay I have ALL boy cousins and when we all get together as a family i feel left out. They are always playing vidieo games, calling me names and all that guy stuff. I hate hanging out with them now because im considered as "one of the guys" and im nothing like that im a total girly girl. I have talked to my parents about it, but they are just like there your family. We are all going on vaca together and im kinda dreading it! Also they are coming to were i live next summer and i told my parents that i probably wont hang out with them ill hang out with my friends, but they thin this is mean, but the thing is when im at there house they go hang out with there friends and leave us.
I know this is long, but what should i do?There my family, but im totally board around them. Also do you think me leaving then for my friends is rude? Also what am i supposed to do when we go on vaca they wont do the whole looking for hott guys thing and i really dont think my aunite and mom want me with them.

Its the second weekend in September, at 3 or 4 in the afternoon, and it's indoors. It's not a real formal wedding, but it's not casual either. I need help! I really like these two, but I've never been to a wedding, so I don't know what's appropriate. I like the first one (black and white), but can you wear black? Is there too much white to where the bride would get pissed? How about the brown and pink one? Any opinions help. Or, if you have a link to some cute dresses, let me know. Thanks!
