I was talking to my friend about a particularly bad time I was going through with money. I couldn't afford a house payment so he offered to let me borrow $1600.00. I accepted. This was in December.

I was going through a divorce and he had a crush on me. I care about him too but then I wanted to work on my relationship with my ex so I got back with him. I kind of let the money slide and didn't pay him back at all.I didn't tell my husband about borrowing this.

After I told him in June that I was getting back with my ex, he was crushed and made the money a gift. I didn't accept but still did not pay him back.

In August, he said I was taking advantage of him. I got really offended and told him to never talk to me again. I felt like he was taking stabs at my character as a person. After saying that, I started sending him $50 and he sent me back the check ripped up. He said money isn't worth losing a friendship over. Am I being a jerk?

so we have been together for over a year now. im the girl he has lasted the longest with...his first "real gf" and hes my first "real bd" you can say. sometimes i worry that we wont last because we are too young or maybe we havent really met alot of people. everything seems great we are in love. is it possible that this the guy for me?

I honestly don't know if I am a "Good Looking guy". I have never really asked anyone. And people dont really tell me what they think of my "looks". We have been together for a year (and 2 months). I recently told him I loved him and he said he doesn't feel a natural connection with me. At the same time he has problems with various things, such as my age (even though I'm only three years younger than him). It seems like he keeps on pulling out small things about me that he doesn't like or that bothers him. Something so simple as we talk and write differently. I feel that I have a connection with him and I don't see why he would stay with me a year if nothing felt "natural". Is there some way to build that natural connection with him or should I just forget about it. I feel like he is just making up a bunch of excuses to not be with me, even though he said he wasn't. I really want to try to fix the relationship and he said that he would try to too. I'm wondering if it's really worth it, my feelings are strong for him so it's difficult to just give up. I don't know why but I also worry about being alone if we are not together anymore

Hi-i was just wondering for all you guys....
girls ask questions and wonder if a guy or guys will like what they're wearing, like, (just a fashion top. not slutty. not talking about that) But like, do guys really care how girls wear their hair, and if they like that top, or whatever. Please help?
My ex-boyfriend and I have been broken up for a few months, however remained in contact mainly as he wanted to stay in contact. I wanted to cut all contact with him but he was begging me not to. He was the one who broke it off with me. We have been arguing lately mainly because I still have lots of feelings for him and I get emotional. I asked him to call me on Sunday but he said he can't and I got really upset and told him that he should not contact me again. He texted back and he was pretty angry. We had arranged to meet up face to face in a couple of weeks but now he is now saying he isn't sure he still wants to meet. He said to give him a week to feel better as he needs time to digest our arguments. Why does he need all this time? I texted him today and asked him to be ok with each other but he told me that he hates being forced like this. He sounded pretty angry? I just don't know what to do? I am so powerless? He is showing me a wall?

I left my husband nearly 2 years ago to live with another man. My daughter was 14 at the time. We agreed to leave sorting things out until she was 16 & finished school. She decided to stay at home with my husband. Now she is 16 he wants to sort finances out & pay me off. Our house is worth £250,000 & we have a £50,000 mortgage. I want £100,00 but he says's he has seen a solicter & I will only get £30,000. I don't have a job & he says's I should have payed maintenance for my daughter in the last 2 years because I live with someone who earns money. I think he's bluffing. He say's it's because of what Ive done! Is he right with any of this?

In the last week my boyfriend and I have been fighting constantly. We love each other, but the other day we were talking and he mentioned starting school and "what's gonna happen then" We haven't been seeing eachother a lot lately and he said that he thinks we're going to grow apart and eventually break up... I'm starting to see what he meant about growing apart because he used to call me everynight before i went to bed, now we barely have time to even talk and when i do see him he usually ends up having something to do. It used to be that he would always want me to stay longer than i could. is it time for both of us to move on? I don't wanna break up with him because I'm in love with him but I think he feels differently... Any ideas?

I feel like returning to my ex-husband even though I know that he is controlling and manipulative.

I keep feeling sad about he will now be alone because our 15 year old daughter is now living with me.

I also feel bad because in his own way, he does care for me. He does want to see me succeed and do well in life.

I also miss being part of a family and having structure to my life.

I have planned to go back to him many times. Yet, when the date gets closer, I feel scared of being back in the same situation with him again.

He is upset with me for not being dependable or committed and probably rightfully so.

I keep hoping and wishing that he would change and really see my good points.

Now, he keeps pushing me to work on the move process to show that I am really "committed." He may be right in his own way...

I just hope that I am not ruining my life and my child's life for good by not putting the family back together again.

ok for the past 2 months i have been sleepin with a boi,who at first i didnt know had a child,until the end of the second tim we did it,and to my knowledge he did not acknowledge the fact that his baby momma was his girlfriend,so since two days ago august 14 my frein jas saw her in the chinese store,and she made a joke,about the b.momm's son,she asked was i gonna come see him,so the girl turned around and looked at jasmine,so thats when the gilr asked do i go out with her baby daddy,cuz she saw pictures of me and jas in his phone,and i had to many of me in there b4 i didnt even know iw as in the phone.so now the girl is askin do we go out,how old was i and other stuff,so after the second time i did it to him,and i found out he had a baby,we did it one more time,jus one!so now the girl wanna talk to me.and im like i ain do s*** wrong now the other day jas,tell me he said come to his house,the b.momma i did,it woulda been a 4th time.so anyway am i wrong cuz i dont think i did anything.

I have been looking online for some ideas on what I want my hair to look like when I get married. Basically I am pretty open. I just don't want it to be way crazy and over the top. Right now I have about shoulder length curly hair. I would prefer a loose, curly look. I want to have flowers decorated through out my hair.

I got the divorce petition ready myself last week and he picked it up off the porch last Thursday. I asked him to file and pay for the entire thing since he is the one who cheated and left. I called the courts this afternoon to see if the *** has filed yet. They have no record of it being filed. So I am re-doing the papers and filing it myself on Monday. There are no attorneys, assets, or children involved. I need closure and I am not taking a cheating husband back. I need to move on with my life. My question: If he was so excited when I told him I had the papers ready to be picked up then why hasn't he gone down and filed? Time? Money? or him being a lazy loser?

More specifically, I can't understand why it really seems to touch a nerve with SOME NOT ALL black girls when they see a black guy dating white girls.

I don't understand why this seems to offend them and touch a nerve when I walk by them. Many black girls usually say things like: "Those white girls need to stop taking all of our good men" and etc.

However, they don't realize that first of all I don't belong to anyone and neither do the rest of the black men that they want to claim.

Secondly, before I had a girlfriend the black girls who are complaining about the relationship didn't seem to make any effort at all to talk to me romantically. Therefore, why does it only seem to bother them when black guys find comfort in the company of another non-black girl?

To me this seems to be a dysfunctional form of competition between girls/women that should not exist. After all, if the interracial couple is happy why do some black girls get upset by us dating a nice white girl?
