Well, any type of pain killer should do the trick, but, if that fails, any type of antibacterial, anti fungal cream might be a start! Try not to tell her you are infected...you might not get too far. Best to get something that will blur your vision as well, because it sounds like the date isnt going to be a fun one anyway!
