Hi Bert,
that's one of my gripes with Y!A...if you answer someone's question, and they delete the question, then it is lost forever. I frankly don't care if I get the two points anymore, or the 10 points.
I merely want to help, and when I get no feedback of any form (from the questioneer or others with the thumbs up/down), then it is as if neither the question nor the answer mattered. And I'd like to think that I helped SOMEONE.
But, if the question is pulled - there you are with 'egg on your face' so to speak.
All we can do is to pray for the teenager and ask God to take it from here. We've done all we can here, and prayer does work, so let's do a little prayer and leave it in God's hands.

Dear Father God,
Last night, several people in this forum tried to help a teenager who was crying out for help. Whether or not this question was truthful or the child is lost, is known only by You. Please remember this child of Yours and bring comfort to him or her with Your love. Please send someone to intercede for You and bring this person back into the light of Your Grace and Mercy and Your loving arms! Please give this person hope and another chance to see that life is precious and a gift from You; not to be destroyed.
In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

I answered his post too. I asked him to email me if he needed someone to talk to. He never did. I am worried about this kid also. I do not have a clue who to contact because his identity is hidden and I don't know if the yahoo folks could even find him? I looked at his avatar info and I do not think he allowed email. Also his other question was how much Oxycontin (or some kind of drug, don't remember exactly the one) he would have to take to cause death. Something like that.

I emailed yahoo and told them what happened last night. I do not know whether they will be able to track him down. But I am in agreement with the prayer of the lady who posted under me!
