when you've kinda lost contact, when you don't see her, talk to her, know what's going on with her life, what she's doing, who she's hanging out with..or if she's WITH anyone...
do you miss her more? (but just hide it?)

yeah, probly
unwillingness to write straightforward letters and say what she wants or doesn't or feels or doesn't is kind of a deal breaker for me though.
I KNOW I would not be happy with a secretive or lying person with things to hide.
I like to be pretty open an honest about things. Can't see myself being with someone who isn't.
