Guess the question cannot be much clearer. Just curious as to if anyone has ever said anything or you have read anything helpful after losing a loved one, especially traumatically.

Or what bad things people have said. After my little brother was killed in Iraq a couple months ago, someone actually told me, "Well, it should be easier for you because he has been gone so long. You are used to him being gone..." Um yeah, gone to another part of the world from which he was supposed to be coming back again. Not gone to heaven where he cannot call or write, and will not be coming home again... Horrible, horrible thing to say to anyone!!!

So tell me what you have heard. Basically I am looking for something to make this horrible pain go away, even though I know it will not...

So this guy I hooked up with once IMed me to see how I was doing since im pregnant (not his baby). Well for some reason we started talking about the time we hooked up and we both got kinda turned on. He had a gf when we were together 8 months ago and they are still together now. I kno i shouldnt be flirting with him but for some reason i cant help it. He keeps saying how he misses kissing me and he can't help that he wants me. What should I do? Is it ok to keep flirting as long as we arent doing anything?

So in my attempts to try to combat my husband's porn problem, I have many thoughts. First off I am not that fat. I am like 20lbs over weight. I don't look bad, I'm just not anorexic anymore. My husband tells me he looks at porn because I am fat. My mom tells me to go to fat camp, and the girls he looks at are nothing but skin and bones (i've been there done that).

So this morning he told me he pretends I'm one of the porno chicks while we're having sex. Mind you in the same breath he tells me he loves me more than anything.

People told me not to withhold sex because he will just do it more. So my question is what can I do. I don't want to feel used. I don't want him to pretend I'm someone else. I feel cheap, and this is not what sex is about. If i wanted meaningless I would be a whore.

I decided I will starve myself into the hospital, what can I do to show him how much it hurts? Words don't get thru. I need actions. I thought about suicide....

please help. What to do?

If a guy isn't drunk, will he kiss a girl he isn't attracted to? This guy pulled me around a corner to kiss me. I'm trying to figure out what this means. He knows I am attracted to him, so I hope he wouldn't do this to lead me on for no reason.

So, basically at work, I feel so alone and hate going there everyday (but I have to go to make ends meet, you know?). So the girls at my office say hello to every single person whenever they walk into a room, except for me. When they see me they start whispering and don't invite me to lunch or anything like they do with every other person. I've been working there for a month. They were very nice to me the first two or three days and I was so excited about my new job, but now they are so rude. It makes me cry every day and I eat lunch in the lobby to get away from it all. I never did anything that would piss them off. I've been there for a month now and I used to think it would get better, but it's not. I can't leave my job there. At least not until I find something else. Can anyone give me some help on how to make friends there or at least have people be nicer/like me?

Me and this guy have been friends since we were 5 and when he was 8 and i was7 he moved and after he thought i moved to (7 year later) i still lived in the same town since i was little and we had new neibors so i made cookies and took some to them as a house warming gift and it was him at first we didnt reconize each other till i asked 4 hes name and after he told me i droped the cookies and we both hugged and since then we have been hangin out (not dating) and we both have feelings 4 each other. But every time he trys asking me a question right before he tells me he changes the subject! my mom likes him enough to let him date me (she is not easy to please when it comes to guys) And his parents adore me... They both want us to get together (i herd them talkin about it on the house phone) 2 long lost friends reunite with feeling 4 each other!! What should i do?!?!?!

i think i have made a huge mistake...my family is and always has been very controlling ( i am working on that) but i have had a boyfriend who loves me more than i have ever felt, BUT he makes mistakes like most of us do... the problem is when i am asked how things are going ...i seem to highlight those bad areas, so they only seem to know the bad side...but he really is awesome and amazing...but now its so bad that my fam says they will stop talking to me if i get back with him, and i have told him i hate him (out of anger not truth) what should i do?

My cousin and my friend just met, texted for about an hour, and then he asked her out. He's way older. He also keeps lying to me so that he won't have to talk to me and he can just talk to her. She also lied to me about what she was saying in the texts she sent him. She also keeps saying that she didn't want to date him, but only said yes because she wants to say the she has a boyfriend which I know is a lie. If not, is she being self- centered and slutty, or am I being selfish? Please help! I feel like I'm losing both of them as friends. me and my friend had an argument earlyer and now i dont know what to do?! we have been the best of friends for five years. now this is going to sound really childish but we went to the shop earlyer and bumped in to a lad she had kissed a couple of days ago, we all stood out side and i made a joke about it, we were all laughing and, we were all talking for about 10 mins then my friend and i went inside, nothing was said then all of a sudden she started crying (she had been drinking , she is 18) and she said i wasnt really her friend and that i dont luv her (as a friend). im 14 weeks pregnant and two weeks ago i asked her to be godmum to my baby, i am really upset that we have had this argument, i phoned her a bit ago to make sure she got home o.k, then she started saying that if i ever said anything again the she would 'knock me out' even if i was 8 months pregnant!! that eally hurt as i have asked her to be godmum and everything now i dont know what to do?! please help!

my wedding is july 2008, outside, and probably in the evening (7ish) and i need help picking colors. my dress is white with red trim. i was thinking about going with red, white, and silver. a friend of mine suggested red, orange, and yellow. i am not crazy about the red, orange, yellow at all. as far as themes, i want it to be fun, playful, garden party-ish. what other colors would look good with red?

My husband recently found an old box of letters sent to him whild he was at boot camp for the Army. The letters are all over 12 years old and no longer have any meaning to him. The problem is he seems unwilling to do anything with them. He says he dosn't want to throw them away becase they may blow out of the trash can and they are very private. What would be a good way to encourage him to get rid of them, but for him to still feel as if his privacy is not being invaded? They are all from the girl he was dating in highschool. I am not really jealous, but the longer they sit there the more tempted I am to read them, just to see what they had. Any suggestions?

At times, I enjoy my sister-n-laws company. However, I can't let her know when I am off work, or she will come over unannounced and uninvited. She comes over and brings my nephew, and then my daughter will not do anything I tell her to do, because she is too busy playing with him. Even if she sees that I am in the middle of something, she still wont leave. I have tried doing things like I normally would, like checking emails, cleaning, doing laundry, or making phone calls, hoping she will see she is just in the way, but she doesn't. She came over this morning, stayed for an hour, then left and came back a couple of hours later. At that point I was trying to get my daughter(3) to help me clean her room, but as soon as she saw my nephew, she didn't want to do anything. I had to tell my nephew to leave the room and then shut the door so we could finish the room. When I came out, they were still there!!! I finally went in my sons room to start cleanings, and thats when she left. Augggg!!!

Ive been married for 7 years. My wife and i split up a year and half ago. We would get into vicious arguments and it would always end in her saying she wanted a divorce. I told her not to say that again or we would. SHe did and i left. I lived with a coworker of mine for awhile. I have since met a girl i really like and she is head over heels in love with me. My wife and i have been recently been talking about getting back together. I would like that for the kids, but thats pretty much it. I dont really want to break the new girls heart but I dont know what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
PS I know im a dog and an a hole for having a girlfriend before the divorce. My wife hasnt had to work the full 1.5 years so im still taking care of everything financially.

Me and my girlfriend have been dating for 11 months now and I am completely in the dog house. I was having problems with myself and didn't know if I really wanted to be in this relationship.
