well i met my ex-girlfriend 4 years ago in a chatroom and eversince we started talking we both clicked. The day we met for the first time i asked her out while playing mini-golf and i kissed her. We went out for 3 months but i was facing some issues while we were going out. I was depressed because before we went out i was doing drugs and I stopped because i fell in love with her. I wented us to be happy so i did that not thinking i was going to become depressed. During the last 3 weeks we went out i became really aggressive and i became mad for anything if she spent time with her friends. so she left me 3 years 9months ago. I still was stupid to put her through a lot of stress after we broke up. I nearly killed myself for her. Eversince that day i been trying to get back with her. I love the girl with all my heart i believe she is the one. So i planned something out for next sat i was oging to pick her up early in the morning and i was going to take her out to get some breakfast then

Alex is my boyfriend, we met once and can only talk thru internet and rarely on phone, and we havnt been able to contact much lately. but i love him anyway and he loves me. then my friend Amanda asked me out(im BI)I said yes, i was tired then realised i cant cheat on alex, and she told me that i should dump him or just cheat anyway cuz long distance is stupid. Alex really cares about me and we hav survived fights, amanda is close by, never does well in relationships, from wat i seen. Amanda says i can date both cuz im BI and thats ok, and if he says no i should dump him.(i dont like that idea she said at all!) I like her alot, but alex...i dunno. its complicated to state my feelings but wen im with him..i feel different ya know? but u see i really like em both and i really wanna at least giv it a try with amanda, but this all feels so wrong cheating and all. i dunno wat to do. im running out of characters to type with (yahoo limits you) so ill end here. please help me!!!!

Alright, when your wanting to marry your girlfriend or any women then are you supposed to talk to her dad first about marrying her? Is it a "have to do"? Or is it somethin that would be good to do and be a "Manly" thing to do?

My boyfriend and I have been staying together for about 3 months now. It was never planned...one day I went there to spend the night at his house and never quite made it back home (I stay with my parents). This past week, he's been making comments about him needing space...and why don't I come to his house 4 days out the week instead of staying everyday. Now, I know what that looks like...so of course, I got my stuff and went back to my parents. But now the guy calls me every night...like 10ish 11ish and expects me to drive over there. Like he wants me to be there...but not stay there. My parents prefer me to stay in one place...rather than bounce back and forth because it looks bad, you know? I mean, should I just leave this guy alone or what?

I really like this girl but im kinda nervous to talk to her on the phone. I talked to her once on the phone... and the conversation lasted a grand total of five minutes and it was extremely awkward...I couldnt think of anything to say. In person...im fine, but on the phone, i freeze. Generally i dont talk much on the phone, but I was wondering how I can make the conversation longer and more enjoyable?

He is my friend and we are really close. I have a crush on him though. Anyways his parents are coming to school for his birthday, and he say he will introduce me to them. It may be something quick, but I want to make a good impression, especially taking into account that I might pursue a relationship with him in the future. But who knows. However, I will reallly like his parents to have a good opinion of me.

I live with my mom and step dad while going through a divorce. Today, I gave my son an extra treat in addition to the treat he had after dinner. Yes I know kids arent supposed to eat that much junk but I dont normally give him that much. When my stepdad found out, he yelled at me in front of my son and said he already had a treat. I just feel that it was wrong.

I'm 22 and I love my family so much but they treat me like a punching bag, I want to move but I'm afraid to leave because in some twisted way I feel like they need me and I need them. My mother and father drink a lot and accuse me of being on drugs(which I have never done) or complaining because I get frustrated with them and have emotional break downs(this is something my mother does all the time but shes completely stone when it comes to someone elses feelings) So I guess my question is do I have a problem or do my parents? and when I try to talk to them they don't listen how can I reason with them about they're drinking without them getting defensive and screaming at me?

Happily married mother of 3. My husband is my best friend and a rock star in the sack. I would never do anything to screw that up, but I have had a very chemical reaction to someone at work. I have no intention of doing ANYTHING, but if this person made a pass at me I'm not sure I could resist. I'm actually pretty freaked out by this. Is this normal human nature or is my marriage not so happy?

My father passed away when I was 6 and I do not have anyone to walk me down the aisle. Many people have suggested having my mother walk me down the aisle but I want her to be able to experience seeing me walk down the aisle rather then walking with me.

BUT....I am honestly kind of scared to walk by myself...I just keep thinking "What it I fall". I know it is silly, but it is just a fear I have. What do you think about having my groom walk with me, or maybe him meeting me half way and walking my to the alter? I just wanted to get your thoughts...

Okay, I'm a guy. I can get sensitive. Within the past week, my girlfriend of eight months broke up with me. She told me that just recently she's lost feelings for me. She also says that she thinks she likes some other kid. What is confusing is, she hooked up with somebody last summer and she hated him. She said she regretted it and she would never talk to him again. Now, the guy she has a date arranged with is the guy's best friend, and she and him are talking again. I stayed home from work Monay sobbing it all out, and ended up having to sit in the back room yesterday just because I couldnt keep a tear out of my eye. I'm up for a good half an hour each night so far thinking about everything we did, and how fast it went away. I really don't know what to do, and need some suggestions. I'm not that stereotypical beer-drinking party guy, and only met her because we went to school together. I just don't know what to do from here.

I had a crush on this girl. She didn't want to start anything. I said I was cool with it and moved on sort of - she wanted to be friends and I am cool with that.

Trouble is that it seems that she doesn't want anything at all by the way that she acts most days. Then on a handful of other days she is really chatty and wants to be around me, wants to know what I'm up to etc.

As I said, I'm cool about just being friends but when I say hi to a friend I like to get a response. Not the cold shoulder. I always answer her but she ignores me some times.

It wasn't like this before and I just wish it could go back to normal.

Any advice on how to fix this up? Just quickly it's been over a month since I asked her out and to me it seems like plenty of time to move on.

A month ago my step grandma elected me to help her with two younger cousins of mine when they visit. She always has them out here every summer and this time she told me I'd help her take them to a theme park, to the movies, and swimming. Not that I really mind doing any of these things, but the fact she didn't ask has gotten to me. Her son, my step father, couldn't believe she didn't ask. She also hasn't said thank you for the things I've already done. (I'm midweek with it). This weekend I'm in a wedding and the bride has asked me to do last minute things with her and help her out. I really like doing this sort of thing and she's feeling overwhelmed. I'm the only one not working much this week so she asked me to come to her mercy. I told her yes, forgetting about my prior "agreement" to my step grandma. Now I feel horrible about not being able to help the bride after stating I would. My step grandma can definitely handle the girls alone. They are 6 and 8. How do I get out of this?

I have a crush on a guy that is in a band. My dad knows him and his father. I have never spoken to him. He always makes eye contact every time I see him, my dad also said that the guy couldn’t keep his eyes off me the whole night. Whenever he is on his break from the band I can never get away from the people that I am with to go near the area that he is in. I know that he is single.

Do you think it is wrong for me to go up to him and talk to him?

What should I say?

(I'm 24)
