If some one really gets to you during pregnancy how should you handle it in a sensible manner?
I am 26 weeks pregnant with no 2 and we are going to my inlaws house next week for about 10 days.We stay very far away and are going after nearly 9 months. In general my mother in law is a very difficult and unpredictable person.I am aneamic aswell and I know she doesnt really worry much about my circumstances. How do you cope with her in communication and if she does try to pick arguements over petty things..I would probably not even be going but we are also attending a family wedding.

(we are both over 25 y/o) Yesterday when she was coming out of the store she was robbed at gun point. The guy who robbed her hit her over the head with a gun and she passed out. He also took all of the cash she had put aside to cover expenses($300) She is fine and at home resting after a few hours stay in the hospital. She is a law student at a Ivy League school and a very nice young lady. Should I give her the money she needs to help her out even though I have only been knowing her for 2 weeks.

Her parents are unreliable and somewhat tried to say it was her fault for the random robbery.

I just wanted to know the statistics - someone told me that most marriages (70% plus) fail within a year and the rest fail in about 5 years and only 10 % marriage stay "OK" - but even in that most guys are very unhappy.

This is my train of though. I am
1) a Human being
2) humans are animals
3) why betray my biological impulses if they make me happy

I'm very sick of women who think sleeping around is not mature and say "men need to grow up". I happen to think it's immature not to do what you want because of what a societal norm says what your supposed to do. In reality the idea of true monogamy has only been around for a 100 years, the rest of the thousands of year people could just F#$k who they wanted when ever they wanted. Women please break out of your shells and realize this it not that I'm a pig, I'm quit a nice guy i just want to have sex - thats it; just want to do what millions of year of evolution has programed into me. So theirs my thought gals what do ya think?

my bf has been kind of a jerk lately....he says stuff like i dont care about him when i do. basically he thinks i dont care about him as much as he cares about me but i really do. then he starts saying things about me flirting with other guys and stuff when i haven't done anything at all.
what should i do about this?

i know how naiive this question is, but i'm years away from marraige... anyway, what's the reason behind all that cheating and all those affairs? i mean i see that half the questions on here are about that (in the marraige and divorce section) i mean i guess that's a worthy reason to come on here, to get advice (because why would people with good healthy marraiges come on here right?)

so what's the motive behind it? is it bordom? is it bad impulsive decisions? is it lack of love?

I am getting married next month and still have not booked the honeymoon yet because we can't decide where to go. My dream would be to go to Bora Bora but realistically we can't afford that. I was thinking either Greece, Italy, or Fiji. Does anyone have any recommendations about where to go for Italy and Greece? Or any other recommendations? Thanks

there is a man that i had an affair with for a short time about a year ago. it ended. he stalked me for a short time following the affair, a few times in person he was extremely sexually agressive and i was afriad he would rape me but it was always in a car or on my porch and somebody would walk by allowing me a moment of having a witness and then i could get away. he would call endlessly and show up banging at my door uninvited. he stopped after a few weeks. over a year passed, and he called last week and i agreed to meet him. that was clearly a mistake but i was optomistic that he was better now and we could make peace about the whole thing. i said i would only see him as friends and he agreed. he was all over me again, and though he backed off when i pushed him away he told me he is even more obsessed w/ me. and it wasn't like a compliment it was like a serious warning. quite frankly i am scared. he knows where i live, he knows places i go. what is the best way to deal with this.

Hello is anyone experiencing this - I have been married for 20 yrs and unfortunately feel the physical spark has gone but dont want to end it all - I feel comitted to be there to the end and be supportive into old age. On the other hand is this a correct feeling if one cannnot give the relationship the physical passion it needs - would my wife be happier with someone else - she does'nt want to start all over and seems happy with the way things are. Our sex life has not gone completely south its just that I dont feel that rush of excitement you feel when you are togethe in a new relationship. That is something I crave emotionally and physically but I can see it I would have to lose a lot to get it with somenone new.

I fight with my live-in GF all the time. Lately no fighting cuz I gave up, we dont fight or talk, nothing between us anymore, I hoped she would change her ways (spending way toooooo much money, spoiling her 5 yr old son rotten, working too many hours, screaming at the kids, very possesive and controlling of me). I am not allowed to have friends or talk to them. I have devoted my life 100% to her for over a year and got nothing in return. We are in counseling now, not going well. She has many issues (fear of abandonement, jealousy, she was raped by her dad for years when she was a teenager, etc.) I love her, but I cant fix her, and this relationship completely drains me, I do it all, and she takes it all. She wants to make another baby, that she cant afford to have too. We are so broke, all from her. Is love enuf, or do I need more than that? I hatre to disrupt our family, but dont I deserve to be happy too? Everything is all for her, nobody else, not even the kids.

I have an uncle who is two years older than me. He is a hottie and we have always been close. One day we were passing in the hallway and like our faces were so close, so I kissed him and he kissed me back. We haven't talked about it, but we both liked it. We know that we shouldn't take this further and I won't ( I hope) but I liked his kiss. I could and want to kiss him again. He smiles at me more now but doesn't try anything. I'm torn between being like kissing relative and morally leaving it alone.

I do mean french kiss.

I'm having an outdoor summer wedding, and for the party favors, I'm getting tiny gift boxes to fill with candy. I don't think chocolate will work, because it will melt. Any other ideas for treats to fill them with?

i have pretty good hunch my husband was preparing to have another affair. i read some emails and he denied them-not knowing i had been in his email. he won't talk to me and tell me what he is missing from our relationship to make him look elsewhere, he only denies everything and acts like i am paranoid. tonite while i am at work (still here) he figured out i have been in his email somehow because he changed all his passwords. i feel like if he is engaging in sexual talk with local women then I need to leave. the problem is we have a 18 month old baby. i don't want to leave him and deny her growing up without her dad in the house but i also don't wanna feel like i am a fool. i am also worried he will be angry when i get home. please give me some advice. i just don't know what to do. how do you have a relationship w/o trust, how can i trust him or he trust me for invading his privacy. what can i do that is best for my child?

I've always been really shy,. I just want to know if kids may make fun of me for this. I was only made fun of in elementary by this one guy and his friend who were later nice to me. Then last year by these guys I never even talked to or had any classes with except one. I didn't even know him and he'd just make fun of me and pretend like he's making a move on me but only to make fun of me in a bad way. And then he says things like he's trying to hit on me also in a bad manner. And then his friends would also make fun of me. I'm going to highschool nexy year and I kow it may be alittle worse, but do kids tend to make fun of other kids who are shy or only talk with their friends?

My girlfriend of 6 years and I have been having some trust issues. About 6 months ago she needed some "help" from a guy I didn't like to get on with a company. She was hiding text messages, and calls, and things like that. We talked it out and was fine.. well now she wants to do a ride along with him..

She did one last week and is doing another one. All I asked of her was not to ride with him, I'm not controlling, I just don't trust the guy. She says she couldn't choose who she rode with, but 2 weeks in a row she's riding with him??

Tonight we made plans, I would get off early and come over. Well I go to her house and she has went to do another ride along without giving me a heads up... until 3 a.m. with this guy.

What do I do? We've talked about it but I dunno anymore.. is she cheating?
