there is a man that i had an affair with for a short time about a year ago. it ended. he stalked me for a short time following the affair, a few times in person he was extremely sexually agressive and i was afriad he would rape me but it was always in a car or on my porch and somebody would walk by allowing me a moment of having a witness and then i could get away. he would call endlessly and show up banging at my door uninvited. he stopped after a few weeks. over a year passed, and he called last week and i agreed to meet him. that was clearly a mistake but i was optomistic that he was better now and we could make peace about the whole thing. i said i would only see him as friends and he agreed. he was all over me again, and though he backed off when i pushed him away he told me he is even more obsessed w/ me. and it wasn't like a compliment it was like a serious warning. quite frankly i am scared. he knows where i live, he knows places i go. what is the best way to deal with this.

Try slowly pushing him by threatening him, or better yet, just cut him out of your life. Dont talk to him again. By talking to him your encouraging him, and if you continue to do it, you must want him around. So i say get rid of him. it's just gonna cause trouble.

Your mama sold you a bag of tricks. What you will end up with is an STD and you will be all used up and never cherished the way you should be. No women should be used and exchanged for gifts and attention. Your mama was WRONG to instill in you that you'll never be worth more then arm candy. Learn to respect yourself and stop settling for someone else's left over. Yeah, the sex may be good, but the STD your going to get won't be so fun. 1 in 5 Americans have an STD. Girl, wake up. You deserve a man that won't use you and leave you each night to go back to his wife. You say you will never have a problem, I doubt that or you wouldn't have posted this. The wife has a right to know she might have an STD since you like married men. If they cheat with you they are proably sleeping with street walkers and anyone else. Not that your a street walker but the guys who are married don't have any control. I would be careful woman are crazy when it comes to their husbands and the truth always comes out.

wtf did you meet him for? You knew he was creepy.
1) Buy some mace.
2) If he shows up.. don't open the door but ask him to leave. If he doesn't leave.. phone the fuzz.
3) If he phones tell him you are not interested and ask him not to call, then hang up. If he calls back.. record his conversation and ask him not to call you. If he calls again.. seek a restraining order and have someone serve it on him.
4) Tell your neighbours you think there is a stalker in the area (But dont describe him.. that could be treated as defamatory).

Call the police, get a restraining order and tell him to never bother you again. He's clearly in an unstable state of mind and isn't capable of getting over you. You need to move on and don't call him again thinking he's changed.

You've been giving him wrong signals. Start with correcting that. Don't assume for the better from him. Avoid him totally. Try to enlist anyone who can help protect you and have company as often as you can. If you need to involve the law, make sure you have tangible proofs.

Document everything and tell him that if he doesn't stop you'll call the police. Get a restraining order.

Go to the police! Also I would get pepper spray and keep records of every time you see him. Save any e-mail, mail, or voicemail messages he leave you. Even take pics.
