Nah seriously, I will admit a bias, don't know your culture, religion etc. Are you supposed to be doing this? If not you are probably dealing with all the ramifications of living in sin...which to put it more simply is doing things you know you aren't allowed to do, and having the guilties about it.
Plus it is illegal in the US. So you have to keep it a secret from the govt as well. Morals and conscience aside, it just sucks having to keep secrets with the govt. It means you are in a perpetual lie, and you have to keep a lot more track of what you say to whom. Eventually re: the govt alone (if you are in the US), you will have to deal with Social Security and you already have to deal with IRS. God only knows how many other officials you have to deal with.
And if you are hiding it from any of your spouses, then it just compounds all your problems, not fair to anyone including you.
If you need a clean slate, I would tell them all what's going on, then see who is left. It may be (your choice or any of the women) that you are alone after making your confession...which is actually great. Ground zero. You can get them all annulled (weddings under fraudulent circumstances such as already being married are nullified, because it never should have happened) divorce the first one you married (because that is a legit contract) and then start saving your child support pennies. If anyone else comes along, take them one at a time.
I really can't help but urge you to pare down, if not for moral reasons, for practical ones. Life is complicated enough with one spouse.
If you are asking about how to manage them all because you want to juggle better, I wouldn't have the first clue.
