I'll never have the pleasure of discovering this for myself for i never will get to meet her as she is deceased.. although she must be to have molded her wonderful son into the man he is.☺♥

No one is perfect, even your mother -in -law. I got on well with mine when she was alive, and am very close to my son-in-law and daughter-in-law to be, but I'm not perfect. I just decided to treat my children-in-law the same as I do my children and it seems to work. Hope it works out as well for my third, as yet unattached, child!

You have as much chance of finding that as she has of finding the perfect son in law and your wife the perfect husband. They don't exist

Hi there Jamino, I really do believe that the concept of wicked mother in law is a stereotype that has compounded over the years. I have a really lovely mother in law. She has shown me great support, comfort and love. From day one, she welcomed me into her family, and we have become very close.

All mothers-in-law are perfect. It's the son-in-law or the daughter-in-law that isn't.

i am a mother in law and i treat my daughter in law like my own, we have a great relationship, i had a mother in law once and she made my life hell....thank god she's an ex, she was one horrible bitter twisted nasty old woman and is now a very lonely old cow who sees no one from one day to the next....she's horrible....
