we've been through alot together but it was never goin 2 b serious, lately we've gotten closer, which i tried 2 stop,he reckons it means sumthing cos goin on so long, so after spending more time wit him and his affection he tells me he's going away.. for few months.. im thinking cool c ye when ye get back have fun!!and dat it wld b gud cos i was getting too used to being like a couple, which wouldnt b gud.. so it ended on a bad note wit me in de end pretending not to care as he walked out n him sayin yeah e-mail ye sumtime!!!!
now i cant stop thinkin bout him n is he thinkin bout me.. im actually counting de weeks he's away.. havent heard from him yet.. im trying 2 forget & goin out wit other fellas but i keep thinkin was i wrong in how i acted.. i miss him kissing my nose and saying anythin i wanted knowing we never had to pretend wit each other, but i know it'll never work out, he's a serial cheater, worse is none of our friends know, so i cant talk bout it, any advice welcome:)

We have temps coming through our area all the time. When I first meet one that I'm keen on, even if its just as a potential friend, what's the best way to go from a workmate to having lunch during the week?

I usually chat to them for a couple of days then if things go well, suggest lunch but I'm not having too much luck. Not sure if my timing is just bad. For example, one said maybe she had a lot of work to do. One was busy. If the person doesn't offer an alternative time or date, is that any indication of whether they're interested?

Just a bit confused as to whether a girl doesn't provide an alternative date, should I just give up?

I have a friend who lives in America and I really want to see him... but I don't have enough money to travel there alone... and plus I'm too young to travel alone... We've both got messenger and we send private emails to each other but I don't know what to do... He syas that we shuld meet up sometime but I don't know how...
I really like him... maybe as more than a friend I'm not sure... And he gives really good advice...a dn I've never reciecved such good advice before...
Waht should I do..?
We both want to see each other..?

I've lived in my mobile home for a little over 2 years. It's in a mobile home park, and my kids have made lots of friends, that they play with pretty much daily. (they're 9 and 11, so I let them outside in the small private park by themselves with their friends). Anyway... when we moved in, we planned on being here five years at the most, then buying a house. I was THRILLED to find out we would be able to get a house now. :) But for some reason, now that moving day is tomorrow, I feel a kind of sadness. I have no idea why. Is this normal? I think I just feel bad for my kids, since where we are moving, they will only have the back yard to play in, and won't have friends around all the time. Am I going Crazy? :( Please help! LOL!!

I was with my ex for two years. We lived pretty much together but had two separate places. I then dumped her because she cheated on me. She said she cheated on me because we never actually lived together and because I didn't marry her within the two years.
I personally think it is a poor excuse to say you cheated on someone because they wouldn't marry you. She say's she wouldn't cheat if she's married. What do you think? I think she's full of sh!t. Marriage is much tougher than being boyfriend and girlfriend. What do you think?

I've been seeing this guy for only two weeks. We've also been together twice in the past but only for short periods of time. I am currently trying to get out of a 5 year relationship to be with this guy. Since i've started seeing him I told my other boyfriend I needed space. I'm not a two timer. I am pretty and an intelligent girl and he is a little homely but that doesnt matter to me because he is very talented and has the most wonderful personality and we have so much fun together and lots in common. I know appearances arent everything. I cant understand why he isnt just falling head over heels for me because I think I'm a great catch for him! He calls me an angel but says he doesnt want a commitment. Also, I'm going from a relationship where there is somewhat of a commitment to one that is unsure. I don't know what to do : 0 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok...this is SOOO not like something that I would EVA ask....
But I'm about to anyway...

I know man who is about 7 years my senior (so about 30) Never really talked to him appart from the odd "Hello" here and there. (We work at the same place) He seems quiet and I have second hand information that he is very religious with a great sense of humour and an all round great personality. I've had a Major crush for going on three years now! He's Gorgeous!

Me...on the other hand...I smoke - he doesn't. I swear - I've never heard him swear. I am spiritually aware - but I don't belong to a religion and I doubt that I ever will.

Anyway - my question is: Do Opposites really attract and does anyone think it sounds like a might have maybe a slight chance??? What would you do?

What about you religious people? Would you ever consider dating someone different? And what do you do when you fall for someone but can't get past their bad habits? Is it all over red rover???

i broke up with a guy after living with him for 6 months- there was a 10 yr age difference, were from different countries, and he said he didnt think he loved me, that he was terrified of falling in love, that he was committed to me as in h could never be unfaithful to me, but that he couldnt commit longterm to me. then a week after i met him and he asked me to stay- we had a really good night together.. and he said that he couldnt make me as happy as i deserved to be and he said i knew that. then i went back to my country 2 days later. we spoke on the phone a month later and he blurted out that he loved me and he thought i was amazing and wished i hadnt run away. he said hed been to impulsive. and that wed never lose each other. im going back to the same city again where he is... but i havnt told him yet that its definate. i sent him an email because i had a dream about him - where i couldnt catch up with him, and he sent me this email back: (see extra details)

A woman I was once close to has shown me her true colors, and basically turned out to be a fair-weather friend, "dumping" me for someone else when she and I had a disagreement. I tried to patch it up with her, but it just didn't work. The problem is, she is one of a larger group of friends that I socialize with, and she has known all of them longer than I have. The other group members are friendly toward me and my husband, but the situation is tense. We have annual parties together, go out to happy hour, that kind of thing. Is there any way to try and socialize with the other members of the group, or do I have to give up on the whole thing?

My 14 year old son is leaving in 2 days to visit his cousin for a week. He was looking foward to going, and she called a week ago to ask if he is coming to visit. He goes every 6 monthes.

His cousin is 28, and the last time he went to visit her, I found out everynight he ran from his bed, to HER bed and slept there. This happened every night.
This is his only cousin, her name is Lauren German and is a actress and played rolls in a few small films, She said she didn't mind they were only having fun.

I do know they have a good bond together and I know they do alot in 1 week. My son has no other siblings.

How Do I prevent this from happening again? Or Should I not care? I know she doesn't mind and I know for sure he will do it again.

so i'd like to have a baby someday and i'm a little worried that i am infertile. i am a male by the way. over the years of playing baseball with a tennisball with some friends, ive been hit in the nuts quite a few times. i've heard that trauma can cause infertility. would you consider this trauma or is it something more serious, because in the dictionary, "A trauma patient is someone who has suffered serious and life-threatening physical injury potentially resulting in secondary complications such as shock, respiratory failure and death." i know i will get some tests done to see if i'm fertile, but do i seem alright so far?
