Take it in turns. You can plan something nice and pay for it all, then the next time, your spouse plans something and pays for it all, that way its even because your married. Not to mention it would be more exciting, if you take it in turns to plan, just let each other know your planing something special and when, just in case the day your planing it your spouse is busy, this way it would be exciting for your spouse, and keeps him wondering what exactly you have planned for him or vice versa. And try different things each time, don't just plan to book a hotel for sex, make it more exciting, use your imagination, and make sure your spouse will like it too. Learn new things, dress in something sexy for him or whatever rocks your boat as they say.

Well the husband should of course .If he refuses to pay charge him for services rendered.I bet you would still have money left for shopping after you pay the hotel bill.

Whoever, it doesn't matter because you are with your spouse. Your money is your spouse's money and vice versa.
But if you are still dating, it should be the guy.
