"Friends with benefits" won't work in this situation because you have feelings for him. Since there is no commitment, he would be free to have sex with anyone else, and when that happened you would be crushed. You'd be upset with yourself for letting yourself be used that way. It would wreck your self-esteem.
Have more respect for yourself than he has for you. Turn around and walk away, without even a simple explanation.

Since you are obviously looking for a relationship, yes it is wrong. You won't be able to seperate your feelings of friendship from your feelings of love & lust. You will be hoping that eventually he'll turn around & want a relationship, but frankly that hardly ever happens. (Trust me- I've been in your position before.) Before long the entire thing turns out to be over-complicated & you'll be jealous every time any girl talks to him.
If you think that you can sleep with him & keep your feelings platonic, then go for it. It's nice to have a f-buddy. There is nothing wrong with two people just enjoying each other. Just remember that he's already said that he doesn't want a romantic relationship with you & that may not change. It's possible that feelings could develop, but it's also likely that he could find a girlfriend & suddenly tell you that your "friendship" is over.

I did that twice with 2 male friends of mine who didn't want relationships. Of course we had our "fun" but in the end, it ruined the relationship. With 1 guy, I fell for him and with the other guy, he ended up falling for me. It's really not worth it because you can't help who you have feelings for.

I think it would hurt your soul and your self esteem. Why should you settle for less than what you want? The person who wants ALL of you, wants a relationship is out there...don't waste your time and your heart...this person you "like" now isn't going to chang his mind even if you give in.
good luck!

if you are open with the idea of ******* friends, they maybe you could find it okay.
but if you are conservative with traditional values, then maybe you should wait for the right man to whom you can sleep with without worrying of the circumstances.
never put yourself in a situation where you could end up as a loser.

Don't just let him use you for sex, and not give you anything back....you are worth so much more.
