My friend has captured a video of her naked chat frnd.She has showed her complete body on cam.Now my friend has started blackmailing her.Can she drag him to court? Whose weight is heavy in this regard?

Having her naked cam shots and showing them to whomever he wants to isn't illegal at all. The Internet is still public domain. If the girl was stupid enough to put herself out there, then her cam shots are now public property, even though they were shared one on one.

BUT, blackmail is illegal...and if your friend is using the pictures against her for any reason whatsoever...he is guilty of blackmail/coercion and can be prosecuted.

It maybe difficult for the girl to prove she is being blackmailed though.....

You need to get better friends, cuz this particular buddy is a sleazeball.....

Ya she can take it to court but she should not put stuff out she dont want the world to see

if you get naked in front of your cam for someone you should expect what you get. the way i see it is don't put anything out there that you would not want on the front page of the newspaper.
